Mixed experiences

Local residential area, walkable to stores. Loud music specially on the weekend from near by bars and clubs. Expecting bigger room, bathroom was very tiny and the water comes out when showering . No heater in the room, no elevator , had to take stairs to the 3rd floor Staff were very helpful when asked for information, extra blanket etc. breakfast was ok, just basic scrambled egg arepa juice coffee Overall it was ok, I guess it makes sense with the price we paid

I liked the area and the staff was very polite. The room could've been cleaner, the towels, the utensils.. Every light bulb should be working in the room. I Had flea bites after I left. Disappointing.

Location is prime, close to everything. Property is dated, housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms properly, saw human hairs on pillows and sheets, they don’t wash after every check out . Leaks in the sinks, no fans, no AC toiletries include 2 small awful smelling soaps, nothing else like shampoo, body wash or lotion

Good but not great

It was fine for a day or two, especially for the price paid, but the room was cramped, with a small bathroom and was directly across from the front office. This made the room noisy because I could hear everything. Good food options are in the vicinity. I moved to another posada in the La Candalaria area for the same price and it was so much more comfortable and charming.

I didn't like having to wait outside multiple times to be let in the property. Coming back from the gym I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be let in. Coming back to the hotel during the night seemed like it was an inconvenience to be let in.
