I recently stayed at the Hotel Morrison 84 in Bogota, Colombia. I was a little concerned when I arrived and saw that the staff did not speak much English, but they were very friendly and helpful. I was also a little concerned when I came back to my room one day and found that the staff had entered my room even though I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I understand that they may have been trying to clean the room, but I would have appreciated it if they had knocked first. The first night I stayed at the hotel, I had an issue with the neighbor's keypad door beeping. The staff came up to my room and fixed the problem quickly. The breakfast at the hotel was healthy and included a variety of fruits. The staff even made ginger and lemon water for me when I had a cold. I checked out one day early because I had accomplished everything I wanted to do in Bogota. The hotel did not refund my last night, which I thought was a little unfair. Overall, my stay at the Hotel Morrison 84 was okay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was healthy, but I was a little concerned about the staff entering my room without permission.
Everything from the staff to the rooms and around the hotel was perfect. The only bad thing was that we had no TV for almost 5 days. There was a construction near the the hotel and that affected the cable TV. Something out of their control.
We were disappointed by the Morrison. We stayed there several years ago and really liked it.now they have cheaply modernized and the surrounding neighborhood is noisy and grimy. Our first room was incredibly small and had insufferable discotheque noise until 3 am. The staff was very agreeable and got us a quieter and slightly larger room for the next 2 nights so they get credit for that. The dining room is now a cheesy bar and the included breakfast was not very good except for the fruit. We would not stay there again.
The 3rd stay here, although a short stay very comfortable! Professional front desk, extremely helpful! Clean and spacious. I hope to return someday to Bogota and will certainly stay here!
The professionalism is beyond reproach . Located close to shops, restaurants . Highly recommended!

this hotel is at the best location in Bogata it is walking distance to all the rest and clubs the staff are very friendly and helpful. the bed is very comfotable room is clean
Man! Oh how I wish I would have found this hotel earlier! I mean this is a great hotel! very reasonably priced. GREAT LOCATION! You can walk to places and the T zone area and a great shopping mall is right there! If I come to Bogota again I will be staying here! Free interent access. Clean!!! And Nice!
Era la segunda vez en ese hotel la primera me dieron una habitación con vista al parque muy bonita y me gusto mucho, esta segunda vez nos toco una habitación en la parte de atrás nada que ver en ningún sentido con la habitación de la primera vez y el personal especialmente el que esta en las noches es poco cortes y parece que le hacen un favor de mala gana en cada cosa que se les dice. No pienso volver
