Very Clean and complete service, very good for the price.

The food was very good. Very friendly Staff. We becoming back.

The toilet seats are all loose. Ive stayed here several times and each one of them has a loose seat. The variety of breakfast selections needs improvement. The scrambled eggs are hard on top and runny on the bottom. The hallways echo when people talk. Sounds come from adjoing rooms. Bring ear plugs

The hotel was walking distance to my business locations. Nice restaurants in area.

The restaurant is very nice, the food is good but the staff does not have a clue about customer service. We felt ignored most of the time in the 9 days we stayed there.

For the most part pretty good, except tbe experience at breakfast yesterday morning. The waitress brought us the coffee but she never went back to pick up the dirty dishes and to offer any possible refills. Even orher mornings the waitresses were not too professional, meaning that you have to offer service in a consistent manner. We really hope that very urgent actions need to be taken inmediately. We were promised by the reception clerk that changes were going to happen ASAP. We thought about cancelling for the reservation for 29 of January til Feb 1st, but we decided to give it another try. Thanks for your valuable cooperation!

Small room but ok for 2 people. Hallways are a bit noisy in the morning all TV stations are in Spanish.

My flight was cancelled the day of my arrival, called the hotel informing them of the situation and that my flight was rescheduled for the following day. The managers response was we are sorry, you will lose your money. I understand that the fare I booked was nonrefundable, but I was not asking for a refund, just a change for the following day. They could at least had offered to let me check in the following day in the morning and offer a late check out so I could refresh and take a shower. The Manager attitude was its not our problem, tough luck.

All the staff was pretty nice to us, the neighborhood was quiet and really secure at night. Breakfast had many options.

Only concern that I had was when people were in there room, hall way, or coming and going out of their room you could hear them, not insulated for sound.

I had great experience with the staff at this hotel. They are kind and attentive. The room is clean. It does not have air conditioner. However, you don't really need air conditioner in Bogota. The price is very good. It exceeds my expectation with the low price tag.

Hotel was nice, very clean and the breakfast was standard fare but good and included with the room. As with lots of hotels in Central America, the beds are like rocks. If you like extra firm beds (like sleeping on plywood) then you will love it here. The shower was modern with a rain shower head which was great. Overall a nice hotel for the price.
