Beautiful view from our room, and a great location. Only downsides were the complimentary breakfast not being available when they said it would, and the fact that they had to unlock the front door for you to leave or enter. This led to us getting stuck waiting for the front desk person to return and almost missing our ride to the airport.
The worst hotel ever to stay for vacation. The breakfast is the ugliest one ever so you have to look for breakfast spending a lot of extra money on taxis looking for decent food around the city because the breakfast on this hotel is uneatable. The employees from the hotel came with the excuse that it was because of the pandemia. only excuses because I have visited 2 hotels after this one and all of them have delicious breakfast and good attention. I don't think they had a chef... I think the receptionist was the same person in charge of serving the breakfast, even the orange juice was the cheapest one... I asked a 50 dollars compensation with orbitz and they denied it... let me tell you that I had to spend much more than that paying taxis and restaurants outside when I was supposed had a good breakfast since I paid for it on the reservation fee. I will never go back to this hotel.
I like everything about this hotel I like everything about this hotel
Close enough to be in downtown in 2 mns and far enough to get no noise! The staff is very welcoming and helpful
The hotel and room were a great value for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent hotel, reasonably priced. Very close to everywhere you would want to be in Bogota's old city. Hotel has a fantastic car service that we really loved. They were able to provide everything from airport shuttles to a trip to the countryside. Would highly recommend them.
Only stayed 1 night but good location, safe hotel (great security) and very nice, spacious room
I came to check in at 1300. The guy at the reception didnt want to give me a room coz i came to 1 night only ! So i had to wait to 1500 oclock. Staff is horrible. Dont know how to treat guests. I asked to talk to the general manager. Who didnt want to talk to me !!! What ? This guys shouldnt work at hotel at all ! If not the good price i never stay there. The area is very dengerous at all time! Beware! A lot of theifs and homeless ppl all around ! Do not walk there at night !
I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Center of Bogota. It is well run and the staff are courteous and available 24/7. It was also very secure, but perhaps best of all are the breakfast kitchen staff. If you prefer your eggs firmer then what is offered in the daily breakfast buffet the cook will gladly make them your way. Rare is the cook who presents her food with such love.
Checking into the hotel Bh Bicentenario I was truly excited about the location of the facility, the security of the building (must be let in by a guard at all times) and the modern appeal of the hotel. The room was comfortable and we had an amazing view. However, come nightfall we quickly realized there is not an inch of insulation in the entire building and could hear conversations on the other side of the hall as though they were in out room. This and the uncomfortable beds and pillows meant we had two sleepless nights…and what good is a hotel if you aren't able to get sleep?! To help this structural issue I believe the hotel should introduce and enforce "quiet hours", I realize this is a city centre hotel and some noise can be expected however being woken up by a group of chatty women at 1:00 am and this lasting for HOURS is not acceptable.
It's great hotel and staff very friendly. Very well situated and very safe. Breakfast was very good.
Todo fue excelente😍 me encanto, volvería mil veces.!
