Property under construction. Rooms very basic with zero amenities

Some things about this hotel are very good and some things sub-standard. The good things include excellent sound-proofing. There was absolute quiet in the room and in the hallways of the 8th floor. The daily breakfast was also excellent although the coffee was never really more than lukewarm. Other amenities are either lacking or disappointing. There was no coffee-maker in the room. Also no small fridge which would allow for having cold water and/or beer in the room. The closet space is minimal and insufficient. I had to leave half of my clothes in my luggage. The room temperature was only controllable by opening the window. There was no thermostat in the room. The most glaring disappointment came on my last day when the wake-up service failed by being 45 minutes late although I still got to the airport in time.

great location near zona rosa. close to great shopping and nightlife in a very safe area of bogota.

I did not really enjoy the breakfast. They should have pancakes and French toast everyday not just one day a week. The eggs were watery and not really any meat options. The eating area is over crowded hardly any where to sit. The beers are over priced and the staff is always in the way when trying to get food. No excuse me. Please also Offer more than just orange juice to drink.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Hotel staff were very helpful with any question I had.

Great location hotel ia really nice . The Stuff was not friendly at a 100% even that they were always able to help. it was times when they simple make me feel ignore . WiFi does work really good but not completely when you in the room.

good location, good customer service, needs to improve the wifi

Great experience , awesome staff, great food inside, Easy access to and from.everywhere

We spent 4 nights at this nice hotel in Bogotá. The location is very good and is in a very safe neighborhood. The staff was fabulous all around especially Andrea and the front desk who took care of all our requests. Also, the complementary full breakfast was great and the by the third day they knew how to make my Macchiato just the way I like it. The rooms are small but comfortable. I would recommend adding more storage space in the shower and round the sink area and at least one TV station in English. Thanks

Very signed, Eike Scheffler primitive. expensive bar, and they wanted tips and extra tax from ,me as a tourist.

Excellente room and friendly staff. Good location and had free parking. Only complaint breakfast was served from 6 to 10 am but if get to the dining room after 9 they do not put any more food out. You are out of luck. No one even checks tozee if youneed anything while you ade eating.

This was a very nice hotel. It's modern, clean and has an excellent and free breakfast. It's very close to great shopping and restaurants as well. Would definitely stay here again when in Bogota. Great value for the money.

I keep coming back to this hotel whenever in Bogota. I have never had a bad experience. I think it's a great little secret and hope it stays that way.

Good service, excellent location and value. Nice current DJ music in the lobby at night.

Staff was welcoming. Most spoke English or enough to be conversant. Breakfast buffet was good, particularly the fresh fruit. Nice bar area. Good value for the price

The hotel is the place to stay in Bogota, closer to everything you want to visit, cab driver the best, in the bar you will find everything you desire and the night bar staff very good , vanesa is good

perfect location and ambiance. highly recommend it.............

Muy buena estadía, muy amables, habitaciones pequeñas y los baños también, pero cómodos.
