We left a hostel in the Candelaria after feeling unsafe. The hotel was able to accommodate letting us check in at 8 AM instead of waiting until the normal 3 pm check in. Staff was very helpful and the accommodations very comfortable. We didn't leave the hotel so I can't comment on things available close by.

Fun - nice people. Too many conditions on writing a review.

This hotel almost gets it right but falls short. Regardless of what I paid for the room ($79 special or $299 regular rate) Charging 15$ per day for internet service (it's 2014 for God's sake) is egregious. You can go next door the the beautiful Juan Valdez Cafe and use their internet for free and they don't ask you to purchase anything! A one liter plastic (?) bottle of water form the mini bar is 25.000COP ($12.50 US), Snickers? LOL $7.50 US. There are 3 gourmet cafe/deli/pastry shops around the corner also where I bought Perrier for $2 and Snickers/MilkyWay/AlmondJoy for 75¢ This is a good place to sleep, but that is it. Go out of the hotel, enjoy the beautiful neighborhood and the helpful, pleasant Colombian people. They need your support more than Hilton

The most experimented hotel in the city, all the staff and the people try to help you, it was a wonderful trip and I hope to come back soon!!

The hotel is fantastic, super friendly staff and very high end location. I definitely would come back in my next trip to bogota .

Brand new hotel with all the conforts a business person expects from a USA hotel!

This hotel is very classy, as is the entire staff. Everyone was very helpful and eager to serve as is common in a new property. I just hope it remains this way. High class, but inexpensive restaurant, cafe, bar. Amazing! Such comfort, service and the room service prices can't be beat! I will stay here, again, next time I am in Bogota. By the way, this is easily a FOUR STAR hotel, not a three.
