In general it was ok, the only comment is regarding the facilities, you can see the bathroom are requiring some upgrades, also we had some issues with the water.

Very well located unless you want to focus your trip in the city Center which is 50 minutes away average, super friendly and helpful staff, comfortable accomodations, kind of small rooms but enough for what I needed. Mostly executive rooms. Could help to include irons and ironing tables in the rooms. Overall great experience

The breakfast really did not offer variety was always the same.

Best location, you can walk from the hotel to bars and rstaurants. In the middle of the city.

Spent one night due to missing a connection in Bogota. Asked the gentleman at the desk what there was to do? He recommended that I go with a driver around to some key spots in the city. Great way to spend the day!

Nice hotel close to everything. Good breakfast included. Small rooms and small closets

Modern room, comfortable, very good bed, internet excelent Every thin excelent

This hotel is perfectly located in a business sense. It was walking distance to my two clients' offices and close to very nice restaurants. The room was not extremely comfortable but the rest was great. For what I paid i am extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Overnight stay, great location, service and buffet were excellent.

They have early check-in and late check out for $15 based on availability. You could theoretically check-in at 10 am and not check-out until 6 pm.

stayed at this hotel during a tradeshow.. the staff excellent, the reception manager very kind and approached all clientes to see how we were and if we had any feedback for them. the rooom is clean, air conditioning, minibar great the transfers i used from the hotel were also excellent due i did not know my way around town.. overall i woud recommend this hotel

From the second my wife and I arrived, we felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly, and willing to do what we needed to make our stay better. We always came back to a room that was perfect. The restaurant was excellent as well.

I chose Pestana 100 based on online reviews and I have no regrets. It is located more north in the city (aka farther from the city center and La Candelaria district) but it's also closer to the very nice shopping malls, Zona G (for nightlife, dinner and parties). I felt very safe in my neighborhood. Furthermore, regarding safety (because I was a female, 20-something traveling alone) the hotel gives you a cheat sheet on ways to stay safe while in Bogota. It's worth taking a read (in English and in Spanish). The hotel also has a car service available for guests' use that can be charged to the hotel tab. This is particularly useful because it prevents you from having to carry too much cash, and you can be assured of the safety of the taxi because the driver is employed by the hotel. You are able to arrange for tours with these drivers as well, as they will take you to where you want to go and wait until you have finished. Our driver did tours to Zipaquira as well as city tours. The hotel is modern and clean. The sheets were luxuriant and there was great shower pressure and tons of warm water. The bathroom stalls are frosted, but translucent enough to see silhouette. There are also air conditioners in the room in case it's ever warm. There is a security guard in the front and a person at the desk 24/7. You are also required to have a card key in order to use the elevator. Breakfast was included in our hotel fare and it was a quite nice buffet spread. They had three different juices everyday, some local cuisine options and eggs could be made to order. I also managed to have dinner there one night and it was swell. The staff was the most helpful I had met during my multi-city tour of Colombia. They give great recommendations (go to Andres Carne de Res) and most speak English if you need it. This hotel is great for couple, friends and business. Would not recommend for those with children (the sink can be rather high for them to reach).

the restaurant service is too slow, some front desk clerks are outstanding some are terrible. I would not stay again. I was hitted by charges added by a Front Desk Clerk without my signature or autorization.

Perfect for the value and the location. I recommend this hotel for a business trip or vacarions in bogota.

The location is great, as you can walk to offices, however at night there is nothing to do around, being a commercial area. The service is quite good, the add a personal touch with the Receptionist taking you to the room upon check-in. A decent breakfast, could be improved with little touches. Managers are hands on and socialize with clients and you can see them making up tables for breakfast, etc. Rooms are very small with no air-conditioning (which is a must for US guests). Poor design of shower forces you to get wet with COLD water when turning faucet on. There are 8 very nice Junior Suites, which are up to anybody's standards. The small rooms had space maximized, but still not enough closet space or where to leave luggage. Despite that I would go back as long as rate is still a good value.
