Vorab, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Strand, ist hell und freundlich, Parkplatz vor dem Haus.Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen.Wenn man sich dort als Selbstversorger niederlässt sollte man wissen, das die Kochplatten relativ wenig Power haben und das Kochen recht langsam geht.Unsere Wohnung hatte eine Terrasse nach vorne zur Straße, eigentlich nicht schlimm wenn die Hecke zur Straße auch grün und dicht wäre. Leider war sie komplett vertrocknet so das uns jeder auf die Terrasse und gar in die Wohnung bei geöffneter Terrassentür schauen konnte.Die Siedlung war angenehm ruhig und der Strand schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.Bei unserem Bezug zeigte sich leider ein Schimmelbefall an der Decke der Dusche sowie im unteren Bereich der Fliesen, der Rest war sauber. Leider hat das Bad kein Fenster, nur eine Absaugung die daher sehr lange laufen sollte.Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.Der Strand ist recht steinig, daher ist es angeraten Strandschuhe zu tragen um auch entspannt ins Wasser zu gehen, Naturstrand.Zu empfehlen ist die Eisdiele im Ort, sehr leckeres Eis mit tollen Eissorten.

Da wir schon in mehreren Ferienwohnung dieser Siedlung waren, muss man fest stellen das die Ausstattungen sehr unzufrieden war. In der Küche waren Kochtöpfe mit Roststellen vorhanden. Da kocht man dann lieber nicht drin. Auch die Anzahl derKochtöpfe, nur grosse Töpfe und ein Minitopf., nicht gerade ideal zu Speisen zu bereiten. Auch die Unterbringung von Küchenuntensilien(Speisen, Getränke usw. war unzufrieden. In der Ferienwohnung Nr4 war alles zufrieden stellend.

Großartiger Aufenthalt in toller Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben. Viel geräumiger, als wir uns dachten. Wir waren überrascht und glücklich, diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben. Auch die Lage war super und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt am Strand sehr genossen. Ich fand’s hier sogar besser als in Heiligendamm. Kontakt mit der Vermietung war super einfach und Alle Informationen wurden uns umfassend per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Daher hatten wir auch bei späterer Anreise überhaupt keinen Stress. Wir waren sehr, sehr glücklich und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt! PS: Hab bei der Abreise meine power Bank vergessen, Vermietung hat mir die ohne Probleme nachgeschickt. Super Service!

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt günstig in Strandnähe und ist ebenerdig gelegen.somit kann man auch mit Kleinkindern Urlaub machen zumal eine dichte Lebensbaumhecke den Gartenteil zur Straße abschirmt. In 100 m Entfernung befindet sich ein Spielplatz, der auch Trimm dich Geräte für Erwachsene bereit hält. Die Wohnung ist großzügig an Platzangebot und in der Einbauküche kann auch eine umfangreiche Mahlzeit zubereitet werden. Die Wohnung war supersauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Tresor ist entspannt und der Checkout bis 11.00 Uhr bequem. Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern da und hatten einen schönen entspannten Urlaub.
