The houses: There are 3 holiday homes in a class of their own! Each of the 3 houses with separate entrance and terrace extends over 2 floors to about 65 m². Two separate bedrooms in the houses Quäkenpüker and Fleiderbusch can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people; the house Wörtelhus is designed for 2 persons, also with fireplace and with own sauna.  Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the tour price. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels or book it for a fee. Pets are not allowed.

Erhebliche Mängel ohne Problemlösung

Erst bei der Ankunft habe ich erfahren, dass das Bad noch nicht vollständig renoviert war. Es fehlte die Badezimmertür, die Duschabtrennung, eine Seifenablage, weitere Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Duschwanne war gerade erst eingebaut und war noch nicht gereinigt! Das Bad war insgesamt nach den Handwerkerleistungen nicht gereinigt. Das Licht in der Sauna funktionierte nicht. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses war ebenfalls verschmutzt (Abdrücke von schmutzigen, nassen Schuhen). Des Weiteren wehten Pollen der Pappel durch das EG (Blüte war im April/Mai!). Somit erfolgte bis Mitte Juni keine Reinigung mehr! Diese Mängel hätten der Agentur auffallen müssen, wenn sie angeblich vor der Anreise im Haus waren! Trotz Beanstandung bei Anreise wurde auf die Zahlung der Reinigungsgebühr bestanden. Eine Reinigung des Bodens und des Bads wurden abgelehnt. Eine Lösung, wie das Wasser im Bad aufgewischt werden konnte, aufgrund fehlender Duschabtrennung, wurde ebenfalls nicht angeboten oder ignoriert. Hier musste ich selber kreativ werden. Es wurde zwar ein freundliches Gespräch mit der Agentur geführt und ein Rabatt zugesagt, aber diesen habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten! Insgesamt fühle ich mich über den Tisch gezogen.

Schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee

Wir haben ein tolles modernes Haus für 2 Personen vorgefunden, mit Sauna, schöner Terrasse, gut ausgestatteter Wohnküche. Zentrale Lage, kurze Wege zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, alles war gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Großes Haus für 2 Personen in einem kleinen Ort

Wir waren über 3 Nächte in diesem sehr großen Haus über 2 Etagen. Super modern, vorallem mit Sauna und Kamin auch bei kalten Tagen sehr schön. Nur Kleinigkeiten waren etwas einschränkend. In der sehr modernen Küche fehlte leider ein Ofen. Auch der Toaster hat die besten Gäste hinter sich. Sonst waren in ein paar Ecken ein paar Spinnenweben. Im Großen und Ganzen ein super schöner Aufenthalt mit Saunagängen und Kaminabenden. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal besuchen!!!

Empfehlungswert und gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub es ist ein ruhiger kleiner Ort so noch ursprünglich mit verwunschenden Gärten und liebevoll Dekorierten Fenstern. Hilfsbereiten netten Dorf-Bewohnern.Das Haus ist einfach tadellos da gibt es nix zu meckern. Erholung pur die Ostsee ebend.

Schönes Haus für 2 Personen.

Das Haus liegt ca 1km vom Strand entfernt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gut ausgestattet. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und entspannen. Stühle, Tisch und Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden, zusätzliche Liegen wären toll. Die Abwicklung vor Ort mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und lief reibungslos. Wir hatten bestes Sommerwetter, können uns das Haus aber auch gut für einen Aufenthalt im Winter vorstellen, wenn man Sauna und Kamin nutzen kann.
