I spent six night at the ramada resort Bodrum, when i arrived i was brought to a room with a lovely view but had no balcony and no where to sit out and have a cigarette, the room of course was non smoking, I asked for a room where i could sit out and smoke. I was given room 609 with an outside area where i could puff. BUT the room was facing a were all the rooms for smokers. The room itself was small and the corridors to the rooms were very wide, why the architects didnt put more thought into bigger rooms and less corridors is beyond me. My deal with the hotel was bed and breakfast in my room every morning, I was informed that if the restaurant was busy in the mornings that breakfast would be brought to my room at about 10.30 which was fine with me. The first morning i received breakfast a plate of meat cheese tomato and cucumber two boiled eggs, a cup of tea which was cold no milk and no bread, i phoned to ask about bread they were sorry they forgot it, I made coffee with the coffee that was provided in the room.. I asked at reception if i could have coffee next morning and a different breakfast and was told certainly madam. The same breakfast arrived next morning with a mug of coffee cold and again they forgot the bread.I asked again at reception to have an omelette and a pot of coffee next morning surely a five star hotel would have a coffee pot. I waited and waited for the breakfast to arrive and eventually rang reception at 11.15 to know if breakfast was coming it arrived at 11.50. the omelette was stone cold as was the coffee and again no bread. The following morning had to ring again to know if breakfast was coming and got two boiled eggs as ordered orange juice but the eggs were not cooked.I really do not know what was going on in the kitchen but definately not five star. It was very difficult for the waiter bringing the tray into the room as the passage way from the door was too narrow and toppled the tray once. The hotel is very very big they have 93 standard rooms 12 villas rooms with suites and ONE room for disabled according to book in the room, obviously no thought given to disabled or smokers.I hope the manager will realize that disabled and smokers pay the same amount for a room as other clients. The Mystic Wellness spa is wonderful very nice staff and two excellent Ballinese girls working their magic and very professional, my only complaint here was that one had to go down stairs to use a toilet. The Gym was very well equipped and very large very well appointed. I dined once in the restaurant the food was very nice but the restaurant was empty so decided not to dine there again, I do realize that its off season and thats why the hotel had so few guests and was very quite apart from some business gatherings./ All in all I was not impressed very dissapointed with the room and the service, will i stay there again no thank you.

I have booked a sea view room for 4 nights. But our room was not a sea view room but we had pool and wall view instead. I posted a photo for the view of our room. Breakfast is average. Also the hotel is not close to the sea. The photos in their website for the indoor pool are misleading. Pool is small and not suitable for swimming. In SPA there is no peştemal for sauna. Also they have business meetings at weekends and large groups of people from multinational companies which means noise. They make barbecue for dinner and we couldn’t open the balconet door because of smell and smoke. No air. The only good thing was sushi at The Club restaurant.

We stayed in this hotel during an event held during the new years eve. It is not a big hotel but has everything to make your stay a pleasurable one. It is located on a hill side overlooking the green valleys and of course the sea. The rooms are comfortable, the staff was one of the best I have encountered so far and it is moderately priced. The only down side is not being able to get out from the room and jump into the sea, but the hotel has free shuttle service to its own private beach which is good. Nevertheless to mention, they serve one of the best sushi in Bodrum.

Visited the hotel and gym a few times. Great views of Bitez Bay, nice service. A well equipped gym for a Hotel, but a great spa and wellness facilities which includes large Sauna and Steam Rooms. The delightful Daniela was very helpful.

My family and I (Kids 10 and 7) stayed in this hotel this past week, and I can say it was probably the best choice we made on this trip! If you are looking for a non traditional Turkish hotel (not all inclusive type) and are happy going around in a car to beach clubs and to enjoy great dining experiences in the city, then this is definitely the place to stay at! Rooms are spacious and clean, the all day dining restaurant is great, the pool is fantastic, and most important is the attitude of the of a kind! Even though English is not their first language, they go out of their way to make sure your requests are answered and you are attended to! I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat .. special thanks to the front office team who went out of their way to accommodate all our needs! Thumbs up!

It was an amazing idea to spend my vacation in Bodrum. Especially spending it in Ramada resort. The staff were amazing, helpful and showed an amazing smile on their faces always. People in reception helped me alot really to organize my trips in the best and easiest way. I enjoyed every breakfast there. I loved the swimming pool and how quite it was. Beach is really close & there is a bus that takes you from the hotel to the beach (2 minutes or less) and then it take you back again to the hotel when you are done. There is also an amazing gym and tennis court if you are interested in these things. The rooms also were really clean. The room service guys were helpful also. Thanks Ramada & thanks to every single person there 😉 see you soon again SURE!!

Second time in Ramada. I would like to Thank Can, Burcu, Emrah and the rest of the team to make us enjoy this vacation and feel like home. All arrangements were well organized by the hotel. You can really depend on the staff team for anything you ask and they will assist with no hesitation in all aspects that you would expect. My family had such a wonderful time. Definitely we will come back.
