Excellent standard. Some drawbacks.

Very well located, just by the beach. Excellent standard. Attention to detail. Generous breakfast. Some drawbacks worth mentioning: - Most of the staff don't speak English - The sea-side rooms are exposed to quite a bit of noise - Some deviations from the advertisement. There is no pier going into the water anymore. And no gym/yoga room. - The prices at the bar/restaurant are high - significantly higher than average for the area - The restaurant itself has a limited menu, and the portions are tiny in spite of the high price. We ordered one that was in particular surprising, since it was supposed to be for two people, and turned out to be a 100 grams piece of fish with no garnish or sides what so ever.

Nicely decorated hotel but awful service

The hotel itself looks new and the rooms and the hotel is nicely decorated. The food is really nice, however, some of the restaurant staff would benefit from extra training. The pool area is quite small and the beach area is too. People go down very early and reserve all the beds so beware! The service we received was quite terrible on many occasions. It included not booking taxis, which we requested, leading to us waiting for half an hour several times. Please also be aware that the superior twin room and superior double room are not the same size. The twin room itself is a bit smaller while the bathroom is considerably smaller.! Yet they advertise them as being the same size and you pay the same for both rooms! When we queried it, the woman on the front desk, just kept smiling at me, as I was trying to talk to her, and then she never apologise. She looked very amused by the whole thing.

The hotel aesthetic is on point, staff are all friendly and their service is quick. Dogs and cats around the hotel are well looked after, and all friendly.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Great food clean facilities amazing sea. Wifi can be slow sometimes for video calls. Cellular data can be used instead.

Holiday at the khai hotel, absolutely phenomenal

This is a beautiful hotel with so many wonderful qualities. The entrance through the gardens gives a sense of Thai….. the pool and beach are immaculately kept and maintained. The staff were all so helpful and friendly and couldn’t have done more to be honest. The hotel was good value for money and the breakfast was 5 star. Presented beautifully as was all the food. The wines were lovely including all the local ones. The bar is so pretty at night and the pier is a beautiful spot to sit and relax. I am already planning to return as I loved it so much. Thank you to all the staff and management for making my holiday a memorable one.

A wonderful hotel

Can’t praise the Khai highly enough. The staff couldn’t have been more considerate, helpful or friendly. My wife has limited mobility and they did all they could to make her stay comfortable. The restaurant staff were very professional, the food was beautifully presented and of a high standard. The surrounding gardens and pool were beautifully kept. Our room was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. I will happily recommend the Khai to anyone. I wil gladly return.

Harika bir otel kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim. Temiz ve şık kahvaltı iyi. Plaj ve deniz güzel. Tek garipsediğim çıkışta mini bardan oğlumun yediği ve market fiyatı 40/50 lira olan çikolatadan 730 tl tahsil etmeleriydi. Mini bar için fiyat listesi de yoktu zira olmalıydı.

Konumu, atmosferi, denizi güzel. Ancak şezlonglar o kadar dip dibe ki, bir de dışarıdan müşteri aldıkları için şezlong kapma telaşı cabası. Kokteyller malesef başarısız. Kahvaltı serpme şeklinde geliyor, ekmekler simit bayat. Kısacası otelin mimarisi/ atmosferi ne kadar başarılı ise, verilen yiyecek-içecek ve servis hizmeti tam tersi.
