We have spent the last 13 years living in Torba each summer. This was our first visit to the hotel for a hamman. Very pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the hotel and the lush gardens. Very efficient scrub and soap, very clean and quiet hamman and a pleasant place to relax with a pot of green tea afterwards. We will be returning!
Fantastic stay at the zeytinada. Free shuttle bus to Flammbeach club daily. Suites were spacious and clean. Pool was well maintained and not busy so always found a sun lounger. Breakfast and dinner options great. Had a hammam scrub and massage at the spa. Staff were exceptional too. Special mention to Mr Ali who kept an eye on my 2 young girls to make sure they ate their food at meal times. If you want to venture out there are some great areas nearby but you will need to hire a car or Jump on a bus. Overall could not fault our stay and will hopefully return next year.
We went in pre-season, so not many visitors yet. Excellent service, modern rooms, the hammam is small but to be recommended. No facilities for children so perfect couples retreat. Not very accessible for wheelchairs so be mindful of that. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. We've spent a few nights having dinner at the hotel and the choice and service were very good. We will return at some point in the future.
I have stayed in there for a week. The hotel is very well cared, you feel like you live in a wonderful tranquil botanic garden. The rooms were spacious and the room service was excellent. The beds were comfortable i had a pleasant sleep. The staff is overall very kind and not disturbing. The food was decent, both for breakfast and dinner. Perhabs the only for improvement can be their dessert and pastry master. Cant tell the sweets and pastry was bad however it was below the standarts of the hotel. Overall it is very nice hotel i put it among the top of the hotels for my next bodrum trips.
We stayed in the Zeytinada Hotel in Torba Bodrum ! Just a super place ! Nice room , beautiful garden , the food was delicious and the is very friendly ! Everything was excelent ! So I really would advise everybody who wants a nice time in an excelent hotel far away from crowded places to go for this hotel !
Because I had business in Bodrum in August, decided to return to the Zeytinade. We were not disappointed, the service was excellent and the room allocated was beautiful. Much busier than our last visit but like most hotels in Turkey this year they were certainly not full. The staff in the restaurant and bar were once again perfect in every way. Very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. I am sure we will be back, a little bit of paradise and a great place to relax and recharge your batteries . thank you to all the staff at the Zeytinada .
We actually stayed in this hotel in September last year and I just discovered that I had forgotten to write a review. We chose this hotel for its good value and for its authentic feel and we were not disappointed. It is not a large typical package holiday hotel with a kids club, so if you want that you should look elsewhere (but kids are welcome and those who were there seemed to have fun). The gardens and pool area of the hotel are charming and beautiful, very quiet and very relaxing. It never felt too busy although you should not wait until 12 to find a pool chair. The beach is a short walk away but nothing special. We preferred to stay around the pool and rented a car for a few days to see the region, which was lovely. Free parking at the hotel. Easy Dolmus service to the centre. The staff was amazingly friendly and we enjoyed chatting with other travellers as well during our stay. Very good half-board, good selection of Turkish dishes for dinner, nice seating around the pool area at night. Again, never felt too busy even when full. Breakfast was varied and we really enjoyed it. It is true that the hotel does not like that you bring water from the outside. We did it extensively the first days but then had a comment from the guard at the gate. After that we just bought it at the pool bar and it did not set us back a fortune. We had a standard room on the upper floor, no particular views but the room was nice, modern and and clean.
We (my wife and daugter (16) and I) stayed at Zeytinada July 2016 for a week. I enjoyed the hotel and the beach facilities. The hotel was well organized and clean. It is not too big nor too small. We stayed in a suit room. It was big enough as long as you benchmark it to other hotels in Bodrum. The room is kept clean. The food was good and service was excellent (when we stayed the hotel was not full- may be we were treated better usually). Zeytinada has a nice big pool with a olive tree in the middle of it (hence the name zeytinada= oil island). The hotel is not near the sea but they have a special deal with Flamm Beach @ Türkbükü which was great. We enjoyed the sea, sun, food/drink and the good service at Flamm Beach. It is located 12 mins drive from the hotel but the hotel provides a shuttle service, if you don't have a car. I plan to book again at Zeytinada. I recommend it.
I stayed there for a night. Good food served for breakfast. I saw the dinner menu, it was looking good too. Very well appointed room, lots of space. A seperate living area and a sleeping area. Private balcony. Good size swimming pool. Only drawback is that the hotel is not situated on the beach, so you either have to walk or take the shuttle.
We have just returned from another wonderful stay at the Zeytinada. This was our second visit as we were so impressed last year. Once again we found beautiful gardens, spotless accomodation, friendly staff and tasty food. It's a small hotel and very quiet which is ideal for us, a couple in their forties. If you want loud music and non stop entertainment it won't be for you.Children under 5 would be OK, but any older and they may be bored by lack of entertainment. We had a bronzing treatment in the spa at the beginning of our week and I would highly recommend this as the treatments given by the wonderful spa staff were excellent and made a huge difference to our tans. We booked a couple of trips through Danny in the village which were so much cheaper than going through the rep and were exactly the same excursions. As another reviewer has said previously please don't be put off by the recent troubles in Turkey. Torba is a very quiet and out of the way resort. Turkey in general is suffering from a huge tourism decline which is heartbreaking as the people are so friendly and the country beautiful.
