Trotz der langen Anreise waren wir frĂŒher als erwartet bzw eingeplant vor Ort und es war kein Problem, nach Beendigung der Reinigung vorzeitig einzuziehen. Sehr netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter und reibungsloser Ablauf. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit dem kleinen Tischchen war fĂŒr mich ideal, um Notwendiges zu bearbeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Die Ferienwohnung hat grundsĂ€tzlich Potenzial, es gibt jedoch einige Punkte, die uns nicht so zugesagt haben:Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung ausreichend Platz bietet und die Ausstattung grundsĂ€tzlich vorhanden ist. Auch die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral. Leider gibt es jedoch eine Reihe von Aspekten, die den Komfort deutlich eingeschrĂ€nkt haben:Mehrere GerĂ€te sind entweder defekt oder in schlechtem Zustand (Nespresso-Maschine undicht und verkalkt, Staubsauger sehr alt, Deckenlampen im Schlafzimmer nicht funktionsfĂ€hig).In der Dusche sind TĂŒren und Schlauch undicht, sodass Wasser auslĂ€uft. Auch TĂŒren (Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer) schließen oder bewegen sich eingeschrĂ€nkt.Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist fĂŒr vier Personen knapp bemessen (zu wenig Tassen, Besteck, stumpfe Messer).Es gab nur drei StĂŒhle am Esstisch, obwohl die Wohnung fĂŒr vier Personen ausgeschrieben ist.Besonders negativ empfanden wir:1. Dadurch, dass es eine Souterrain-Wohnung ist, ist das Schlafzimmer sehr dunkel.2. Den geringen Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse – dadurch hat der Vermieter aus seinem Haus heraus direkten Blick auf den Sitzbereich des Gastes, was die PrivatsphĂ€re einschrĂ€nkt.3. Den nicht eingezĂ€unten Garten – fĂŒr Hundehalter sehr problematisch weil der Hund in die angrenzenden GĂ€rten rennen kann.4. Sicherheitsrisiko durch offenen Gullydeckel im Garten, was fĂŒr Kinder und Hunde gefĂ€hrlich ist (dieser scheint fĂŒr die BewĂ€sserung gewesen zu sein).

Top Ferien am Bodensee

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche am Bodensee trotz der grossen Hitze sehr genossen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern durch Wald oder dem See entlang und doch gab es Schatten. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr gut. In der NĂ€he von allem. Die Wohnung ist angenehm kĂŒhl was bei der jetzigen Hitze ganz besonders angenehm war. Kurz gesagt perfekt und nur weiterzuempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung, mit sehr schöner Terrasse und viel Ruhe. Die Beschreibung im Internet ist vollkommen richtig. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann zu Fuß die LokalitĂ€ten, Strandpromenade und Park erreichen. Die Bahnverbindungen sind hervorragend und alles in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Die direkte Betreuung vor Ort, d.h. der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und geduldig bei der Einweisung. Die Unterkunft war angenehm, sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Ich kann diese unbedingt weiter empfehlen!
