You can reach the sports facilities on foot in just a few minutes. Lido, sports hall, football pitch, tennis court, sports boat harbor or windsurfing nature reserve Ried and forest - all right on the doorstep. Surrounded by spacious green areas, we created the Bodenseeresidenz, a spacious building with upscale furnishings, during the conversion and renovation of the family home in 2014. The house meets modern requirements in terms of energy and CO² savings and living comfort. A lift and maximum accessibility ensure that both young and old feel at home. The apartments are also low-energy thanks to the careful choice of fittings and building materials. The underfloor heating with tiles ensures a maximum healthy indoor climate. The generous use of glass surfaces ensures light-flooded, inviting rooms. The power of the sun is used as a natural source of energy.
