Cosy holiday flat in Bodenmais I Sauna I Balcony I View Silberberg

Welcome to SECOND HOME APARTMENTS! Our 104 square metre holiday flat offers space for up to 10 people. Enjoy the marvellous view of the Silberberg with its illuminated summit cross from the balcony. A large garden pavilion with barbecue facilities and sun loungers completes the offer from April 2024. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a sauna (optionally bookable). Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.

Our holiday flat includes:

Sleeping facilities:
- Double room (180 cm) with baby cot
- Single room (90 cm)
- Large bedroom: double bed (180 cm), single bed (90 cm), pull-out double bed (160 cm)
- Sofa bed in the living room (140 cm)

Facilities:
- Balcony with 4 chairs
- Bathroom with shower & bathtub
- Sauna (10 persons) with shower, WC, relaxation room, sauna fragrances & cosy blankets
- Washing machine in the cellar

Ideal for families and groups.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a travel crib. Housekeeping is available on request.

Alles gut! Schnelle sehr freundliche und kompetente Kommunikation. Probleme wie defekte Spülmaschine und nicht funktionierende Heizung wurden umgehend behoben. Nachdem unsere Jungs beide über 2 m groß sind,wäre ein Hinweis auf Dachschrägen und teils niedrige Decken hilfreich gewesen.
