Wonderful new years stay.

Had a great time with our family. Living area is large and open and views are fantastic. Only challenge was that noise upstairs was easily heard downstairs. Two of the rooms had louver doors so sound came through. Had a great time playing ping pong and doing puzzles.

Absolutely perfect!

What a beautiful beach home for our family reunion! Plenty big for 10 adults, 1 kid, and 2 dogs. The most comfortable beds/bedding. Well stocked kitchen with the best butlers pantry and 2nd fridge. So many lovely touches and beautiful decor. And the views - amazing! Fun trail to the beach. Loved the cute courtyard out front as well, a lovely sunny spot to linger over coffee and a safe fenced outdoor space for the dogs. Such a nice and responsive host, I enjoyed messaging back & forth with Deb before our trip. 10/10 highly recommended! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family, we hope to return someday!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Accommodated 3 families with small children as well as our precious Corgi. All had a great time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Fun games and activities for all. Perfect.

House was great. Plenty big for seven adults. Clean, great hot tub set up, and big screen TV. Beds are very comfortable. Beach is only a short walk away on a nice trail. Hosts were very responsive. Would stay again!

Beautiful Bodega Bay

Gorgous house and well appointed. It was fun to watch boats out crabbing and we had some amazing sunsets. The kitchen lacks for nothing so it was easy to bake goodies and create some wonderful meals. It's a quiet neighborhood too and people were friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous House!!!

We stayed at the house over Labor Day weekend. We loved the extra amenities like the pool table & hot tub. Plenty of space for our group and comfy beds! The trail to the beach is right across the street but is a workout… totally worth it for a very secluded breathtaking beach. Drove in to town for lunch at Fisherman’s Cove and groceries from Diekmans. From the huge back windows we saw Deer, Quail and Rabbits in the back yard. Love coming to Bodega Bay!

We had the best multi-generational trip to Bodega Bay, staying at this special property. The views were sensational, the house outfitted with everything we could need. We loved the location, and proximity to a beach trail that was lovely.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This beautiful, clean, thoughtfully decorated home in gorgeous Bodega Bay was the perfect setting for a reunion of long time friends. We have rented homes before and this was the best North Bay coastal property so far. The owners were so kind and left us a note, a bottle good wine and yummy See’s Candies. We enjoyed all of it! The hike down to the water is a lovely precursor to a wonderful time on the beach. We used the well stocked kitchen but also went to Drakes for dinner. Wild Flour Bakery is a must! This house is very special and has really great vibes. I highly recommend it.

Celebrations

We rented the house for the celebration of my 70th birthday. It was just perfect for 11 people including 3 children. A bobcat even made an appearance 🤗. The big table was fantastic and there were things for all ages to do. The hosts were attentive and even left cookies and a birthday cake. The location was perfect...we all enjoyed the beach and tidepools. If we are lucky enough to do another celebration we will be back. Thank you.

Annual Women's Group Gathering

Six of us have been gathering together since 1978 and spent 2023 at the Osprey House. The home is beautiful and spacious as are the views. We cooked and hiked and talked for two days in this lovely home. The owners were gracious and welcoming and we hope to return.

Amazing spot!

I’ve stayed at a ton of VRBOs over the years, and this spot is one of the best. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Fully stocked with everything you’d ever need, awesome host (Deborah) and SO much space. They have a beautiful yard out front and it’s right across the street from a really cool trail hike down to a secluded beach spot. 10 outa 10 all day.
