Great house and location

We had a great time staying in this house. Even though the weather could have been nicer, the view from the house was still great and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Would stay here again.

Lots of stairs and steps

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well supplied and furnished. We were taken aback by the number of stairs to many levels and even 1-2 steps down from garage and into living room and one bathroom. Also the acoustics in the kitchen/dining area were very loud so conversations were difficult. Property managers were responsive and communicated well before and during our stay.

Perfect location & amazing view!

This house was exactly what was needed for a quick getaway for four couples. The layout provided privacy when wanted, but multiple common areas, including the deck overlooking the golf course allowed us to enjoy each others' company to the fullest. I'm hesitant to give a more detailed review because I, selfishly, don't want others to know about his property. I'd like the flexibility to go back whenever I want, without worry that it may already be booked!

Fairview Grande

This was her 23rd year coming to bodega Bay. Many of these years have been spent at the Fairview Grand property. We have seen 2 major upgrades in the property design. The most recent was lovely and really gave the home a good flow. Love the barn door! As always, the view the first T box is entertaining. The outside spa was clean and inviting. The new professional gas range was especially appreciated. This is our first experience with Turnkey. Getting information on the days prior to our reservation was a bit awkward. I had to sign onto a portal in order to get the past code to enter the home. The portal had qualifying questions which made no sense at all. Fortunately the support team was able to work through this with me. Overall, the stay at Fairview Grande was excellent as usual and we hope to spend many more years enjoying the property.

Beautiful views

Fantastic views from the house looking over the golf fairway at Bodega Bay and "seal island." House amenities were very nice but the hot tub wasn't working when we were there. TurnKey was responsive to work with us to provide a solution to the problem.

Lovely location and house design.

We are five couples who have been friends for over 50 years. We were looking for a quiet fun reunion, which this location provided. The views of the golf course and bay were breathtaking. The five bedrooms were comfortable for us as well as the dining and living rooms where we congregated most of the time.

My 85 year old mom and her 4 children & spouses had an outstanding stay. Lots to see and do! Please know early check ins and late checkouts are not allowed at this house, despite what the booking agency tells you.

Friend meet up with toddlers

The house is beautifully appointed, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 3 couples and 5 toddlers. We loved how close we were to the beach and found the basics at the nearest market when we ran out of groceries. We asked for assistance with the garage as the door was opening/closing without input and they responded promptly and came by to assist. There were ants in the kitchen, so we had to be cautious about leaving out snacks. Overall, we would stay at the house again.

Family vacation post Covid

We had a great stay. Steps were a lot for 86 year old. We had to reach out to property management a couple of times. Found ants on the bar counter (strongly recommend windex and not ant bait). We also had trouble with the foam in the hot tub. They came out to put chemicals in but strongly recommend the the hot tub be emptied and clean as the foam was still present. We had problems but the hot tub finally reset itself and we were able to use it again. With regards to the start up supplies provided by the property management. If you plan on staying more than 2 days (we stayed 4 nights) you will need to bring your own dishwasher soap and garbage bags as the amount was for 2 days. Those are items you would not normally think about needing in a house you are renting The kids enjoyed the walk to the beach from the house. We had room on the deck to put out our corn hole game and watching the golfers all day.

Very nice house

We rented this house for a scrapbooking/girls retreat. The home has a very beautiful view from almost all of the rooms. The deck with the hot tub are perfect for the cooler Bodega weather. We walked to the beach every day and it is a beautiful neighborhood with lots of flowers and succulents to admire on the way. The home has very nice amenities and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The only downside was the 10am check out time. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy breakfast and not rush 10 women through showers and packing. Overall, this is a really great property.

Much needed getaway

Property was clean and in a great location. Great views from the whole back of the house, especially while enjoying the hot tub. We are a group of 12 moms (book club) that take a yearly book club retreat weekend trip. Hopefully we didn’t disturb the neighbors! 12 women talking over each other can get loud lol. I recommend this rental.

Ants ants ants

Renter beware! There were ants all over the kitchen during our stay. I notice them in the trash at first and then opened up the utensil drawer to find them crawling over all the utensils. GROSS! My husband found one crawling on him and I had to pick one off of my baby. The house is also dated. The beds, linens and pillows all need to be replaced. The views were wonderful, but we would not stay here again.
