Don’t stay on game days. No reserved parking.

We were coming to a game at the stadium which is why we chose this hotel, so we’d have a place to park and walk to game. When we arrived, the parking lot was full. Thru had no parking for us and parking was far away and cost money. I’ve never had this happen as most hotels with half a brain reserve it for guests only, especially on game days. I dropped party off meaning I missed game and drove far away to wait to pick up my guests. We cancelled and booked somewhere else. Not pleased at all.

Der Service beim Einchecken war nicht so gut. Parken für 16 Euro, gegenüber in der Straße ist parken kostenlos und beim Starlight 5 Euro für 24 Std. Fahren mit dem Fahrstuhl nur mit Zimmerkarte möglich, auch hier wäre es schön, wenn die Rezeption das mitteilen würde. Treppe sehr schwer zu finden. Zimmer in Ordnung

Sehr modernes Hotel. Das Öersonal ist sehr freundlich und wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. An der Bar gibt es auch - bei späterer Anreise - noch einen Snack aus der Küche. Für unseren Aufenthalt, über das Wochenende, hat es an nichts gefehlt

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber leider hat das Bett bei jedem umdrehen geknarrt. Den Parkplatz für 16 EUR/Nacht haben wir nicht genutz, da wir das ganz große Glück hatten einen der wenigen kostenlosen Parkplätze am Straßenrand in der Seidenstraße direkt am Hotel zu ergattern.
