50sqm loft apartment, own entrance, ground floor, just a few steps to the enchanted garden with hidden seating. Our fully equipped holiday apartment new kitchenette (including dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, coffee pads/tea/spices/vinegar+oil etc, washer-dryer etc), sitting area with armchair and daybed full of cushions, reading lamps and reading material about Bochum + Ruhr area ,TV, Internet radio and free WiFi anyway, glass dining table with antique chairs and a sleeping area with a 160x200 bed with good! Extra-long mattresses and bedding (155x220), a new bathroom with a walk-in shower including lots of towels, hairdryer, storage space, everyday helpers (e.g. iron, etc.), "Maxi-Bar" with Bochum beer, wine, mineral water, lemonade offers you a temporary home full of warm colors and light where you can relax and recharge after your activities in the Ruhr area.
