Minimum night stay is 180 nights. Walk to downtown Boca or even to the beach. This newer home has a heated pool, two bedrooms downstairs each has a full bathroom and are furnished with one king size bed, and one queen size bed. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom (Jack & Jill style) each has a queen size bed and one has a futon that folds out to a full size bed and the other has plenty of room for blow up mattress. Plenty of parking for guest or entertaining, walk to the grocery store, the movie theater, or the famous Mizner Park for shopping and dining. Short drive to the mall, or even the casinos.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.

Great property

Had a great time with some issues quickly addressed - toilet not fixed to floor in master bedroom, other toilet blocked, large tile fell off shower. Should be some compensation for inconvenience. Don't be put off, it's 5 min walk from park and Public etc. 20 min walk to Boca and 5 min drive from beach. A really nice house

Great location and loved the pool!!

Nice home in a great location. It was nice to walk to so many conveniences (Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants a really nice park, etc). The pool area was perfect!! We had one question for the owner and he responded immediately.

Fantastic Boca home

Pictures do NOT portray just how nice and clean this house is. Just had a wonderful time with my family visiting from Norway. Great east Boca location, close to everything. Michael and his wife did an excellent job providing us with more than anticipated. Spent 5 wonderful nights and I plan to rent here again. We are very seasoned VRBO/Homeaway/AirBNB renters.
