Charming Anchor Inn 02 in Boca Grande - Cozy 1 Bedroom

Welcome to the Historic Anchor Inn. Located just a few blocks from our Downtown office, the Anchor Inn is home to four individual apartment-like units. Each unit has access to the community pool, charcoal grill, and has full access to the washer and dryer facilities. This unit is the Studio including a Queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, and TV in the living room. If you have any questions, please give our office a call and speak with any of our rental agents.

Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

NOTE: 4 person maximum occupancy, including children
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Great location

This was our first time staying at this property . We had previously stayed at a condo that was right on the ocean ,but we actually preferred staying right in the center of all the restaurants, shopping etc. Communication with the rental company , Kathy was excellent . The property was updated , very clean, and organized.

Exceptional unit

This property was more than I expected. Right in the heart of Boca Grande and very charming unit. Exactly what you would want on a coastal vacation. I’ve been coming to book a grand for nine straight years and this is one of my favorite units. Going to try to book it well ahead of time for 2026.
