This was our first time staying at this property . We had previously stayed at a condo that was right on the ocean ,but we actually preferred staying right in the center of all the restaurants, shopping etc. Communication with the rental company , Kathy was excellent . The property was updated , very clean, and organized.

This property was more than I expected. Right in the heart of Boca Grande and very charming unit. Exactly what you would want on a coastal vacation. I’ve been coming to book a grand for nine straight years and this is one of my favorite units. Going to try to book it well ahead of time for 2026.
