Private Townhome located on Mill Creek Golf Course has an oversized attached garage to store your toys. Located in Canfield School District, it has 3 bedrooms with plenty of closet space upstairs. Two full sized baths are on the 2nd floor as well. The primary bedroom has a dressing area, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The main floor has kitchen, dining room, half bath, and a grand exit to a deck overlooking a hole at the golf course. There is a full basement with washer, dryer, and utility tub.
