Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.

Dream Catcher is beautifully decorated in tones of Lowcountry blues and crisp white, with a kitchen that is fully-stocked with professional grade Viking appliances. The living room features a charming fireplace, plush seating, and entrance to the spacious screened-in porch.

The home consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms with King-sized beds, all with en-suite full bathrooms. There are also 2 twin beds for additional sleeping options, located in the upstairs bonus room. Enjoy Sonos speakers and Smart TVs throughout the home.

The true gem of this home lies in the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor living space, which allows you to truly take advantage of the temperate, mild Carolina climate. Spend your days relaxing on the porch swing with a glass of lemonade and a good book, cozying up by the outdoor firepit with a cocktail in the crisp evenings, or grilling on the Komodo Joe Egg grill, while the family plays games in your private, fenced-in yard.

In Moreland, you will find the peace and tranquility that one comes to expect from a getaway to Palmetto Bluff. Wake up each morning to the sun dancing across the winding marshland waterways, and watch dolphins, White Egrets, and Blue Herons play in their natural playground. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can fish off the dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the firepits. You can't leave without climbing to the perch on the famous 5-story treehouse, where you will take in the most stunning view of the marsh you will find in all 20,000 acres of Palmetto Bluff.

From your front steps, you will be a short 10-minute golf cart ride away from all the world-class amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer, including the Montage hotel, Octagon Restaurant, and Wilson Village, featuring The River House and Buffalos Restaurants, Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, the May River Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and more! Enjoy your leisurely golf cart ride into town through the shade of the Live Oak trees, as you soak in the natural beauty of the Lowcountry. WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
