The staff at this hotel are wonderful, especially Christina and Sheridan!! They were so accommodating and made my mom feel very comfortable. But honestly all of the staff were amazing! I would totally recommend and stay again in the future. See you guys in a few months!

Great place to stay for peace and quiet

Great place to stay and it was very peaceful and quiet.. I hate staying at hotels because of people and noise and people going in and out all hours of the night being noisy but this place was quiet and every employee spoke and said hello and goodbye as you were leaving.. breakfast was great.

Disgusting Roach Filled Hotel. Won’t Give Refund.

This place was absolutely disgusting. My partner and I check in late at night around 12 in the morning on a road trip down to the south after reading reviews that it was clean. This place couldn’t be dirtier. After checking we walked to the elevator and saw a German cockroach. Once we got to our room we found plenty more German cockroaches. The room was also filthy with crumbs on the floor and the hallways of the hotel had dirty bedding sitting outside doors, pizza boxes, and dirty shoes. My partner and I were not going to stay here so we immediately checked out and told the front desk person about the roaches. When we told her about this she said oh those little brown ones yeah I’ve been seeing those around. Clearly this has been a known issue to the hotel. Despite us checking out because of the uncleanliness of this hotel we were told that we were not going to receive a refund. We called both hotels.com which we booked through and the corporate number for Best Western along with the hotel itself and we were denied a refund from all parties and we were passed around by all of the parties as well being told that the other had to approve the refund. I am still sitting here with no refund and I have multiple pictures to show how dirty and disgusting this hotel was. One Best Westerns website they claim to care about the safety of their guest while simultaneously violating the general legal obligation to provide a safe and habitable environment for guests. Don’t stay here.

This place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean. We loved the pool. It was a little dirty so we had to clean out the dead insects. The lady working the front desk was very nice and accommodating.
