Wedding at Bluemont Vineyards

My husband and I stayed at this property for a wedding Memorial Day weekend. The place was comfortable cozy and close! We had an issue with the booking and day of the arrival that was dealt with promptly and professional with the owner. Communication was terrific to navigate this miscommunication and the owner made sure that we were able to attend all of the wedding events without compromise. He even offered to allowed us a late check out that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. I know we will be back!

Dissapointment

The owner told us the previous renters would have a late check out and would send check in information when ready. They allowed us to park at the house while we explored nearby. By 5pm I had still not received check in information. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the host, with no reply. I spoke with VRBO who was also unable to get a hold of the host. My husband went to get the car from the house and found the owner cleaning the house. The host stated that he had told me it was a later check in.....it was now 8pm and we still had no received check in information. We did not stay there and are very disappointed with the communication.
