Three bedrooms, each on its own floor with a private bathroom, ensure privacy and comfort for everyone. The main-floor master offers a king bed with direct access to the wraparound deck. Upstairs, a queen bedroom pairs with a jetted tub—perfect for unwinding. The basement bedroom features a twin bed with a pullout trundle, ideal for children, and a walk-in tiled shower. A sleeper sofa in the game room provides additional sleeping flexibility for larger groups, bringing your total to 5 beds and accommodating up to 8-10 guests comfortably.


KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen is a standout, complete with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar seating four. Coffee and tea are stocked and waiting.
