Great hotel..however

The hotel was nice and a great location. It was clean and staff was friendly. I feel that there needs to be some upgrades. Carpet needs to go!! The hotel is pet friendly which is great but please take out the carpet. I feel that no hotel should have carpet. Also the latch on our door was falling off. The bathroom shower needs an upgrade. The handle was hard to work with to make the water hot/cold.

This hotel has country comfort. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. For the price we were very happy with our stay. Two things really stood out- we were put on the main floor at the back so we could easily take our dog in and out. Second, was a “football field” size grassy area right out back and our dog loved it. Parking area was huge and went all around the hotel. There were no dog bag stations but the area outside was super clean & well kept and we always carry our own bags. The downside of our stay was the age of the hotel and outdatedness of rooms. Our room had a bad dog odour and to keep the smell down we kept the unit very cold. The carpets in the rooms need to be removed and replaced with laminate. The rooms and halls are very dark.

Good night's sleep.

Was not impressed with breakfast options. Bed was very comfortable, and room was rather large. Bathtub was not handicapped assessable for my husband but he was able to use his walker to take a shower. Room was quiet.

Comfortable and quiet

I booked this room at the last minute because I was tired from exploring all day. The clerk got me settled quickly. The room was clean and cold. I was on the ground floor, but I never heard a sound from neighbors or outside. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
