Room was extremely clean. Seem to have a minor bug problem. Killed three small bugs while staying there for the week. My not giving this location. A total five star was of the upkeep of the exterior. Rust needing paint, grass, cutting and general condition inside of the main lodge area. Seems like they’re in a transition.

The bed was a mattress on a folding metal frame similar to a camp cot. Furnishings were dated. The table was dirty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Appearances can be deceiving. When we pulled up I didn't expect much from here, but, when we got to our room, it was clean, and everything was in great working order. The back side of the motel has a fire pit, picnic table, and wooden swing. You can sit out and relax. The check in lady was nice, everyone we saw here that worked here was nice. It's not the Hilton but definitely not a hotel 6.

The first room had unmade beds and dirty. Received 2nd room and musty sell and so much humidity made difficult to breathe with asthma and COPD. Left and got different hotel. Was charged for 1st night. Would never go there again.

The room was clean, beds adequate, but the A/C struggled to overcome the heat and it was very noisy. We had only one hand towel, but they readily provided more when we asked. The breakfast was skimpy. They had a waffle maker and scrambled eggs but no bacon or sausage and no pastries. The only juice was a bottle of Sunny D and the only fruit was a small lunch packet of peaches or mandarin oranges. The place did not live up to its reviews. We were safe and it was quiet, but we were disappointed.

Pleasantly Pleased

Cleanliness is the absolute most important thing to us. The room was CLEAN. No funky smells, clean linens, no stray hairs from previous guests. Room smelled freshly cleansed with bleach. This was our first time taking a chance on a motel and was so glad we did. You can tell the owners want to have a sense of community there too. They have a nice fire pit area and a lounge for happy hour. Bed was comfortable, looked updated on the inside, staff was friendly. Would absolutely stay again.
