Gorgeous third-floor, 2BR, 2BA Condo, an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street in Blowing Rock, recently updated and dressed to the nines in modern decor with a mountain lodge feel. New flooring, natural wood tongue and groove ceiling, paint, rugs, and new upscale decor in 2025 will make you feel like this condo was just built for you! A new water heater and Heat/AC system will make your stay go smoothly. The kitchen is sure to impress with beautiful new cabinetry, granite countertops, backsplash, & flooring, plus all brand new appliances, including a range, microwave, large stainless LG refrigerator with ice maker, and a stainless dishwasher.

Warm yourself with the new gas log fireplace insert while watching the game or your favorite shows on the 65" living room TV.  Or, have a snack and play some cards at the tall dining table while enjoying the mountain view out the custom bay window.  You can also enjoy some outdoor dining or coffee at the patio table on the balcony.

The two Master Bedrooms with Queen beds and en-suite baths have closet space and a dresser to hold your belongings. The 40" flat screen television, desk, and printer in one bedroom and 32" flat screen television in the other bedroom provide you with a quiet space to rest, watch something you like on television, stream a movie, or do some work.

Charter Spectrum Cable, Smart TV, and Apple TV are available for your use. 

***Important: Third Floor condo. You must be able to navigate two flights of stairs, but this condo is so worth the climb!***

Pets allowed with approval - 2 dogs under 25 lbs.  
Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure; Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it.  The non-refundable and taxable pet fee is per dog.

Great location. Unit needs attention!

Old and outdated. Worn furniture and mismatched, old and worn linens for both beds and baths. Sofa and chairs should be replaced. Entire complex was dated and in need of care. New appliances were great.

Love location. Need to update furniture as chairs had holes and recliner did not work well. Suggest removing desk in one bedroom and replacing with dresser - too much furniture. Updates in bathroom’s and kitchen were good.

A relaxing month in Bearway to Heaven

I stayed almost the entire month of July in Bearway to Heaven, so I know it pretty well. First, the location is ideal -- close enough to downtown to walk. The parking is fantastic; there are always empty spots. Because the unit is on the third floor, it can get warm in the afternoon. I thought "air conditioning" meant central air, but that is not the case. It was initially too warm, and I have to hand it to the management -- they put me up at Chetola until the motel-style AC was repaired, and then the unit was cool enough. Plus, the owner came by and met me and brought an additional air cooler, which also did the trick. So no more complaints about heat. The unit was very clean, and I never saw a single bug. The appliances are all updated and very nice. The cooking implements are just the basics; if you want to cook much, you might want to bring some of your own stuff. The beds are very comfortable; I slept fine every night. The water pressure is good. The neighbors are friendly. It was quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

We loved staying here. It is right in downtown Blowing Rock. Very clean and decorated nicely. It was a little hard to find at night so I would let people know that the numbers are on not easy to see. Also, it was dark and there were no lights on outside. But, other than that it was lovely. Thanks so much.

Good Choice in Blowing Rock

Wish there was a 41/2 stars. We loved the location of this rental and the unit itself is nicely updated. It was an easy walk to downtown and most restaurants, and quick access to great hiking and the Boone area. We found some of the furniture to be wearing out and a few items that didn't work. We will definitely consider this unit again!
