Lovely getaway!

We quite enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very cute and clean, and you can’t beat the river and hot tub. The fireplace was also fantastic. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. Close to tons of great things - restaurants, hiking, etc - and very accurately listing. Very much appreciated the whole experience and would happily stay again.

Great location and cozy house! Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of warm blankets to sit by the fire or watch tv. Bed was super comfortable as well! We enjoyed fishing (didn’t catch anything by the house) and venturing into Boone and Blowing rock - both within 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing! Will definitely return.

The cabin was exactly perfect for a weekend getaway. The best location right between Boone and Blowing Rock, beautiful interiors, and incredible location right on a little river. We are already making plans to go back!

Great cabin on the water!

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin sitting right on a small fork of the New River. We even tubed from the cabin down to the Payne Branch park, definitely recommend doing that, a short and easy tube ride and you can walk back along the road.

Great Cabin!

We had a great time at our stay! The cabin was cozy and decorated very well. Serviceable kitchen for cooking. The stream running by the cabin is lovely. Only about 5 minutes away from Boone and about 10 minutes away from Blowing Rock, very easy drive to both areas.

Cozy and Charming

Lovely setting on a babbling brook and very quiet little street. Peaceful and tranquil location. Nicely furnished, updated bathroom, well-appointed kitchen. Our dog loved the brook and sitting at the fire pit. Great place for a romantic get-away.

Great cottage getaway!

This is a beautiful cottage on the river with everything you need for a great stay in the mountains! Our Golden Doodle had more fun than anyone!!!! Eclectic decor and convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock and local greenways/trails. Hot tub was a must after spending some time in the cool waters of the river!

Crazy how we were tucked away and felt like we were in a remote spot but 1.4 miles from Downtown Boone. We are planning to stay all month July 2025.

Very Cozy

It was cold and rainy part of the time we were there but it's very cozy. Convenient to Boone and Blowing Rock. When outside the river is right there with a nice little waterfall and the sound of running water!

Weekend getaway for 2

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights to celebrate our anniversary. The cottage was a perfect size for the 2 of us. Also, the location was awesome; a couple minutes to Boone and a quick drive to Blowing Rock. We loved having coffee down by the river to listen to the water flow. Great getaway!

This is the most beautiful and relaxing spot. Sadly, the fireplace didn’t work and the dishwasher wouldn’t close so we could do the dishes. But the location is perfection and the hot tub and fire pit were both amazing! Super close to Boone and Blowing Rock downtowns!! We will be back.

Perfect and Peaceful

This adorable cabin was perfect for my husband, my adult daughter and our two dogs. We spent our time on the porch or by the fire, listening to the water babbling by in the creek. Exactly what we were looking to do in the mountains. So close to Blowing Rock and Boone, too.

Little gem

One of the coolest places we have stayed. We were up for Family Weekend and it was so relaxing to come back after the game and soak in the hot tub and then watch more college football at night by the fire. Out daughters enjoyed hanging out with us as well at the house, so that was a plus! Will rent again.
