It has a nice deck on the back and a fenced-in yard for your dogs to run. The house is located 300 feet from a city bus line pickup location. All mattresses/kitchen appliances/ furniture were purchased new in January 2026. Living spaces have 65" HDTV's and the bedrooms have 55" HDTV's. The garage is used for storage by the owners. Guests will not have access to the garage. There is parking for 3 vehicles (2 in the driveway, 1 on street). Host speaks English and Spanish.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
