Wing of an old mill converted into a three-story rural gîte (the owners live at the address). Ground floor: living room (fireplace insert), kitchen, WC with washbasin. 1st floor: 1st bedroom (shower room, WC, double bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), 3rd bedroom (double bed, baby bed), WC, shower room/WC. 2nd floor: Optional 4th bedroom (4 single beds), shower room/WC. Wi-Fi access. Central heating.

+ electricity (according to meter). Private enclosed 400 m² terraced garden. Ping-pong, table football, pool table, and boules pitch. This gîte can be rented for 6 people, with the second floor closed off. Included in the price: sheets and firewood. Non-smoking gîte. Spacious, quiet, and comfortable, this gîte is ideal for large families. After a beautiful restoration respecting the original architecture, this wing of a former mill has been converted into a three-story rural gîte. Children will be delighted with their stay thanks to the numerous games available year-round and the second-floor dormitory. You'll also enjoy a great location for visiting tourist attractions such as the Château de Chenonceau, Amboise, the Clos Lucé, Beauval Zoo, the Cher Valley by bike or canoe, the wineries, and more.
