- They are located 400 m from the magnificent beach of s'Abanell and about 15 minutes walk from the lively town center. They are located in one of the liveliest areas of Blanes in 'Els Pins'. Just 100 meters from supermarkets, shops and bars. The apartments are functionally and simply decorated, although perfectly equipped for a holiday on the Costa Brava.
- It has an exceptional communication with important nearby cities such as the beach of Platja d'Aro and Girona, both cities at 45 min. by car and Barcelona in 1 hour by train.
COMPOSITION:
- Apartment block. 2/4 people. They have, dining-living room with double sofa bed or 2 folding beds, 1 double bedroom, kitchen bar, bathroom and furnished terrace.
- The apartments do not have air conditioning and do not have Wi-Fi.

Résidence LOTUS 2
Résidence bien située à proximité des commerces et de la sortie de la ville et à proximité de la plage. Bien entretenue. Dommage en plein travaux de rénovation (donc bruyante).
Notre appartement sans volets roulants occultants (contrairement à certains autres) et le plus dommageable au dessus d'un bar donc très bruyant en fin de soirée et surtout le week end. Petit conseil, demandez à choisir l'appartement que vous réservez

Assez bien
L'appartement était propre mais impossible de dormir la nuit a causes des innombrables bruit dans la rue. Obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes parce qu'il n'y pas de climatisation. Ce qui est sur c'est que je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette residence. Au vue du prix, je m'attendais à mieux. Bref je ne conseille pas.
