When you enter the condo you feel right at home! From the spacious deck, look out over the 4th fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Resort with the Feather River and undeveloped forest beyond. A place to watch the golfers in the summer months, and the snow gently falling in the winter. A perfect spot for star gazing. Quiet and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Graeagle village shopping and dining a short distance away. Close to five highly rated, championship golf courses. In addition to golf, one can enjoy fly fishing, hiking, and boating in nearby Lakes Basin and Lake Davis, in the summer, snow shoeing, snow mobile riding, and cross country skiing in the winter.
When you enter the condo you will get a sense of spaciousness and light. The down filled sectional, rising lid coffee table, ceiling fan, fireplace and side chair offer comfort and convenience. Firewood is stacked in the garage. The wet bar provides the perfect spot to prepare beverages. Step onto the deck to see open space including the golf course, Feather River and undeveloped forest beyond. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, all necessary cooking materials, toaster, slow cooker, refrigerator ice and water dispenser and everything you would expect from a complete kitchen.
The dining table will comfortably seat 6 people. There are placemats and napkins stored in the side table and in the hallway alcove cabinet. Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a queen size bed, with extra long twin trundle bed, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, side tables and lighting. The master bedroom contains a memory foam king size bed, two chests of drawers, ceiling fan, wardrobe with mirror, side tables, and flat screen TV. There is a twin sized power filled air mattress providing additional sleeping arrangements located under the bed. ( Very comfortable! ) and one stored in the hallway.. Both bedrooms have black out curtains providing a comfortable environment. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with all necessary amenities.
The laundry room is equipped with large and efficient washer and dryer. All necessary cleaning products are provided.
There is a whole house fan which is operated from the hallway alcove to allow for cooling in the summer months as the property does not have central heat and air. The fan pulls in the cool evening air through any open window or door and forces out all hotter air in the attic allowing for a quick and effective cool down. Please check the instruction page located in the guest Welcome book for correct usage.
In the winter we ask that you use the baseboard heating judiciously and rely on the "e-heat" panels found in the bedrooms, dining area and front room. The instructions for operating these are also found in the guest Welcome book..
