The people who work there are superb. Marian and Denae and Alexandre are so kind and welcoming and helpful. They helped us find our way to restaurants and shops and arranged the shuttle to and from the airport. They helped with arranging Uber and with our computer and WiFi needs. The breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is very attractive. The rooms are lovely. There is a very attractive bar.
Staff is very nice. Feel very comfortable. To get into the parking lot is a little bit not intuitive, but it is not a big deal

The hotel is close to the airport, about 10 minutes ride or less. Close to Asian restaurant and many others. I spotted 3 restaurant / bars ...waking distance from the hotel (2 mns walk).... went to one of them that serves southern dish, “Cassoulet”...Breakfast at the hotel is Okay... typical French stuffs.

Great room, very nice breakfast. We enjoyed the pool, the room's terrace and the sunset. The room was very comfortable. No frills or elaborate style, but great value for the price. Great for families.
The room is built for one person. Go on the hotel's website, you will find regular sized rooms. Our room was next to the elevator and tiny. When you opened the bathroom door, no matter how carefully, it would smash your fingers. Both of us have deep cuts in our fingers from opening the bathroom door. I believe the room size and location is a result of us booking on a third party site and being given a less than stellar room. Location good, breakfast ok, staff ok, but they were clearly irritated by our Prebooking and not going through IHG.
Property is very well maintained. Easy to get to. Very convenient to stay when you have an early flight from Toulouse Blagnac Aiport. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. We always leave extremely early, so haven't been able to enjoy the included breakfast, but the hotel does prepare a to go breakfast with juice, piece of fruit and some packaged pastries.
Staff was friendly. Being close to airport was excellent, however a 6 am flight departure time meant there's no shuttle service-took taxi. Would definitely stay there again. Excellent value.
Clean, very close to airport if you arrive late or have any early departure like we did. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. Even walked outside to point out exactly how to get to a gas station. Would definitely stay again.
Modern,clean hotel that was a pleasure to stay in. No food to speak of so best to take a small hike to a restaurant.
