Stayed for 3 nights tea coffee facilities not replenished had to ask for milk and tea bags was given milk in a jug and loose tea bags also was disappointment that breakfasts wesnt being done when advertised on the site at £10 a day after carefull consideration will not be staying at the hotel again

Very good value B&B. For the price we knew it would be 'basic' but everything was clean, the bed was comfy and the host was very welcoming. Would 100% stay here again next time we are in Blackpool

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights with my husband. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there, the room was perfect size for us small, clean, nice and cozy. The staff were really sweet and friendly. Service provided was amazing. Things that could be improved: Toilet door fixed before arrival, Temperature of the water, the dial was not working properly and the heating kept turning on and off. We would have been really happy if we were provided with a microwave. The rooms are too close together and you could literally hear everything from the rooms next door it does get quite loud and noisy.

My stay was pretty awesome. The staff on duty was extremely polite and formal. He called me twice to ensure that I would be checking in that night, as I checked in late. Upon arrival, my room was already prepared and very well presented to me. I had a very enjoyable night.

Perfect for Solo Photography Trip

The Novello B&B was ideal for my solo photography trip. The room was perfect, with lots of plug sockets for my camera batteries, etc., and the price was great. Its proximity to the centre of the town and a Wetherspoons made it convenient, especially on rainy days. Overall, a fantastic stay!
