We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely family-run hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome — not like guests, but like friends. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and the whole place has such a warm, homely atmosphere. You can really feel the care and pride that goes into running this hotel, which makes all the difference. A very special mention has to go to Dawn, who truly is the heart of the hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile and time for a friendly chat. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for somewhere with character, comfort, and people who truly care, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We had a two night midweek stay at the hotel with our two children aged 7 and 9. The room was lovely and clean and with two bunkbeds in the room there was no fratching over who was having the top bunk! The hosts were lovely, very attentive and we had the most amazing breakfast each morning. Nothing was too much trouble and we are all excited to stay again when we are next in Blackpool.

The Delamere is a great hotel perfectly located to access everything that Blackpool has to offer. The owner is great and she makes you feel welcome from the minute you check in until you leave. Ann and tony were welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing. It was also very close to the tower with lots of eating places nearby. Very central but also very quiet. Will definitely be back to stay with them again.

Really nice little b&b stayed here for a competition with a friend and our daughters! Very accomodating for our daughters to get ready in the lounge area, reasonably priced bar and room was clean and comfortable! Girls even got a wee Easter egg on Easter Sunday which was so nice of them

Second time staying.

Tony and Ann are wonderful hosts. Rooms are small but clean and neat. The only thing they need to change is place a plug thats more accesessable for charging electronics. The best thing is everything is only a short walk away.
