Elegant and comfortable stay

Lovely place to stay at Blackheath set in established gardens. Enjoyed the large room and fireplace. Very comfortable bed, Excellent breakfast in the conservatory!

Very generous rooms- beautiful surrounds and lovely staff- a few BUTs. 1: At the price the property should provide Netflix at least- or at least a manual for the TV. 2: The Fireplace is hard to operate. Our room was freezing in the morning and it would have been good to just be able to turn on. 3: I am very myopic- a makeup mirror would have been VERY appreciated instead of having to lean across the toilet to do make-up. 4:A USB charger port would have been helpful. 5: Being picky but a wider selection of herb tea would also have been nice.

An excellent base to explore the wonders of the u.

Always glad to stay at Parklands. Rooms spacious, reasonably comfortable except for being able to regulate the doona. Breakfast enjoyable with a satisfactory range of breakfast options. Always been in Spring and really appreciated the Autumn colours. Had noticed straight after Covid that the grounds, especially the gardens needed maintenance, this still has not been done. Painting needs to be kept upon the gracious buildings. Interesting concept of the ‘glam’camping modules ,great job made of constructing each pod. Families or groups should love them as a base to explore the magnificent area.
