Located in Boulder County beneath the Continental Divide, the lodge is nestled on 1.5 acres within the serenity of nature while also providing convenient access to town amenities including: Eldora Mountain Resort, Nederland, and Rollinsville. You will find ample hiking, fishing, hunting, dining options, shopping, breweries, and a distillery within minutes of this cozy home.

Quiet 3 bed 1bath single family home on 1.5 acres just minutes south of Nederland in upper Coal Creek off of Highway 72. House is located at the end of a private road. Borders National Forest.
