Breakfast was substantial so there was much to choose from. The coffee makers were either broken or couldnt keep up with demand (one household coffee maker and otherwise instant - the espresso machine seemed in poor working order). Our room was very nice but the shower head was broken and the glass doors wouldnt close so privacy was limited. I would recommend the hotel but I should have brought the bathroom issues up to the desk so the next guest would have a better experience.

Decent hotel. But some odd features in the room. For instance, the bathroom has limited privacy because the door is glass and there is a large window in the bathroom so you cannot sleep when the sun comes up. No curtain to close the window. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Willing to help.

The room was very small, with little in the way of modern conveniences, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and outdated, with a broken toilet roll holder and some gross looking stains on the walls. There was next to no soundproofing and with the room situated right next to the elevator, this wasn't the most peaceful night sleep you'll ever have. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast on the 10th floor with great coffee was lovely plus to this central hotel, which was clean, comfortable and relatively updated. Best pumpkin samsa!

Clean & Comfortable!!!

A very nice, clean & comfortable property right in the city centre. Not a 4 star property by any means though. No 24 hour room service, restaurant. Self service for drinking water to be filled from the dispenser kept on each floor. Breakfast is good but not wow. The staff is friendly & courteous and offer very good service.
