The hotel staff then offered to reimburse me for the taxi I got at the airport, but they never did. Seemed more like a communication problem than anything else. Pros: Very pleasant staff that was always available. Free breakfast included a variety of things set out plus a freshly cooked omelet. Room and hotel in general was very clean, pleasant, and new. Located in the center near shopping and restaurants. If you need place to stay in Bishkek I highly recommend the Centrum.
