Unser familienfreundlicher Bauernhof mit aktiver Landwirtschaft befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Alleinlage abseits vom Straßenverkehr. Der unverbaute Bergblick wird Sie begeistern. Hier lässt sich zu jeder Jahreszeit entspannt Urlaub machen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike Touren, das Götschen Skigebiet und die Naturrodelbahn Hirscheckblitz befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Königssee, Jenner, Hintersee, Kehlsteinhaus, Watzmanntherme, Naturbad Aschauerweiher und dem Salzbergwerk Berchtesgaden. Auch die berühmte Mozartstadt Salzburg mit ihren zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen Sie in kurzer Zeit.
Die 75 m² große Ferienwohnung ist mit handgefertigten Schreinermöbeln hochwertig ausgestattet. Mit ihren zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern (mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen und Betten in Komforthöhe) bietet sie ausreichend Platz für 2 - 4 Personen.
Im modernen Bad befinden sich Dusche und WC, Waschtisch mit Spiegelschrank, Handtuchheizkörper und Fön. Zusätzlich sind in den Schlafzimmern jeweils Waschbecken mit Spiegeln vorhanden. Die großzügig eingerichtete Wohnküche ist mit E-Herd (Ceranfeld und Backrohr), Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Brotmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Außerdem sind ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden. Von der gemütlichen Sofa-Ecke können Sie entspannt fernsehen (SatTV) oder Radio hören.
Der sonnige Südbalkon und verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten laden Sie zum Verweilen ein. Für Ihre Kinder sind Bobbycar, Trettraktor, Schaukel, Snakeline und vieles mehr vorhanden.
Neu ab Januar 2015 ist für unsere Gäste W-Lan verfügbar.
