Es erzeugt mehr Strom, als es verbraucht. Mit der überschüssigen Energie des Energieplus-Hauses können Elektroautos betankt werden. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Stellplatz im Carport. Außerdem gibt es eine Elektro-Aufladestelle. In unserem Haus befinden sich eine behindertengerechte Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und drei barrierefreie Ferienwohnungen im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss mit Lift. Im Preis für unsere insgesamt fünf 4-Sterne Ferienwohnungen sind Stromkosten und Wäschewechsel im Preis inklusive.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da wir uns nur zum Schlafen und frühstücken hier aufhielten war das Ok. Jedoch war das elektrische Licht in allen Räumen sehr duster und dämmrich. Fenster sind nur im Schlaf und Wohnzimmer vorhanden. In der Küche kommt nur Licht durchs Wohnzimmer herein und im Bad gibt es keine Fenster. Auch hätten wir uns vernüftige bayrische Biergläser für den Abend gewünscht. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und vor allen Dingen eine behindertengerechte Erdgeschosswohnung.
