Unser Ferienhaus mit Balkon, Terrasse und gemütlichem Kachelofen ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Wanderungen, bzw. Bergtouren. Genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Bergwelt sowie den familiären Kontakt zum Gastgeber, der gerne bei der Gestaltung eines erholsamen Urlaubs berät. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch.
Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus, ca. 80 m², Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss sind durch eine handgefertigte Schreinertreppe mit ausgeschnittenen Stufen verbunden.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche mit Essecke, ein WC und die Wohnstube mit Kachelofen. Wir haben bei Anreise einen Korb mit Holz für Sie vorbereitet und zeigen Ihnen auch gerne, wie Sie den Ofen anheizen. Wenn Sie mehr Holz benötigen, können Sie dieses gerne von uns entgegennehmen.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und die Dusche mit WC.
Auf der kleinen Terrasse befinden sich Tisch und 2 Stühle, vom Balkon mit Balkonmöbeln haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berchtesgadener Berge.
Wenn Sie den Tag mit frischen Frühstücks-Brötchen beginnen wollen, bietet der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernte Agip-Shop eine große Auswahl an Brötchen und Brotsorten.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Berchtesgadener Land
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Winterurlaub im Berchtesgadener Land verbracht. Der Kachelofen hat wohlige Wärme gespendet und beim Kochen hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist für eine kleine Familie perfekt. Evi Primez hat uns wunderbare Tipps gegeben und uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes kleines Häuschen
Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Das Häuschen ist ruhig aber trotzdem super zentral gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Die Vermieterin ist nett und gibt ein hilfreiche Tips für Unternehmungen. Es wahr ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöne Unterkunft
Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist als besonders freundlich zu beschreiben. Die Tipps an Restaurants in der Nähe waren sehr wertvoll. Auch wenn wir seltener im Häuschen waren, haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, sowie uns auch angeboten wurde, dass unsere Klamotten gewaschen werden kann. Dies haben wir jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen. Eine schöne Aussicht auf Terrasse. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, jedoch könnte hier in einzelnen Räumen gestrichen werden. Leider ließ sich der Schrank nicht richtig öffnen. Wichtig zu wissen wäre, dass das Objekt über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist, bzw. sehr steil ist. Für das älteste Familienmitglied, war dies sehr mühselig goch zu kommen.
