Schoener Bergblick, sehr nette Gastgeber. Perfekte Lage fuer Ausfluege zu den Sehenswuerdigkeiten des BGL. Schmuckes kleines Ferienhaus, perfekt ausgestattet, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tuer. Wuerden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr gemütlich von der Einrichtung, In der Küche alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr nette Vermieter, die auch schon eine tolle Einführung machen was man alles sehen und unternehmen kann.Terrasse sehr schön mit Blick direkt zum Watzmann.Vor allem sehr zentral gelegen.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das hübsche Ferienhaus liegt allerdings direkt an der Bundesstraße, nur durch die hohe Hecke (rechts im Foto zu sehen) getrennt. Mich hat der Verkehr nicht gestört, es sind anscheinend viele Pendler dort unterwegs und dementsprechend ist der Verkehr unterschiedlich stark. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man ungestört sowie wind- und wettergeschützt - leider hatten wir sehr viel Regen )-: und waren deshalb froh darüber.

Fijn verblijf aan te drukke weg

Fijn en goed vakantiehuisje, compleet ingericht. Flink minpunt voor ons was de drukke weg op 8 meter afstand. Overdag veel en hard verkeersgeluid van vrachtwagens en motoren, prima als je de gehele dag op pad bent, maar niet als je rustig bij je huisje wilt zitten

10 Tage Berchtesgaden

Das Ferienhaus ist für 2 Personen ausreichend, sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Koch/ Wohnstube sind ca 18 m² mit einer Essecke, Tisch, Stühlen und Sesseln. Die Küchenzeile, mit Kühlschrank, 4 Flammen Elektroherd, kleinem Geschirrspüler ist für 2 Personen ausreichend. Das Schlafzimmer beinhaltet 1 ausreichend großes Bett mit Nachtschränken, kleiner Couch und einem kleineren Schrank. Das Badezimmer ist mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche ausgestattet. Am Haus befindet sich noch eine größere Terrasse mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Bergwelt. Ca. 10 Meter neben dem Haus, zwar getrennt durch eine Hecke, befindet sich die Bundesstraße 305. Leider ist diese Straße deutlich wahrnehmbar und teilweise sehr stark frequentiert, besonders früh ab um 7 durch Bundeswehr Fahrzeuge. Neben dem Haus befindet sich noch ein Stellplatz für mindestens 2 Fahrzeuge. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde umgehend geholfen. Über die Landschaft muss man nicht viel erzählen, einfach traumhaft und viele sehenswerte Örtlichkeiten sind mit kostenlosen ÖPNV gut erreichbar.

Berchtesgaden Alpen Pension

Wir waren mit den Zug angereist und konnten gleich mit RVO Bus diese Wohnung erreichen. Halte auf 100 M. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Wir waren ganz nah an der Ramsauer Ache (Fluss) und konnten von dort den Watzmann und Grünstein besteigen oder zu Fuß nach Zentrum Berchtesgaden und Königsee. Das einzige was uns fehlte was die Stille diese findet mann nicht am die Bundestr. 305. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich. So insgesamt 8/10
