RhönKristall modern terrace house with a far-reaching view

The cottage was newly renovated & stylishly furnished in 2022 and is located in the middle of the Haselbach holiday park. On beautiful days, you can look forward to a view from the house up to 100 km into the distance - in any case, here you have a great view of the Kreuzberg - exit "Kanonenrohr". You also have direct view of the Kreuzbergschanze from our terrace. (Skisprungschanze Kreuzberg- Haselbach) and a footpath of about 15 minutes leads directly there.

Welcome to our newly furnished holiday home "RhönKristall" in which you find everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay in the Rhön. The fully equipped self-catering house is located at an altitude of 680m and has a breathtaking view of the "Land of the Open Fernen"

Das Terrassenhaus ist ansprechend eingerichtet, Wohnzimmer und Küche sind sehr großzügig gestaltet, der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön. Die Schlafzimmer und Sanitärräume sind klein und einfach eingerichtet.Die Terrasse bietet fast den gleichen tollen Blick, wie das Wohnzimmer, es gibt dort schöne Gsrtenmöbel. Alles war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.

Das Ferienhaus liegt oben am Hang sehr ruhig und ist für 6 Personen sehr geräumig und mit seiner Raumaufteilung über mehrere Halbetagen sowie der großen Terasse mit allen Annehmlichkeiten gibt es auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man das möchte. Die große separate Küche verfügt über fast alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Hervorzuheben ist, dass es an keinem Gerät (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Standmixer, Kaffeevollautomat sogar mit guten Kaffeebohnen bestückt) fehlt. Auch an Spüli, Lappen, Spülmaschinentabs, Geschirrtuch wurde gedacht. Der Wohnbereich mit großer Lümmelcouch und großem Esstisch ist mit seiner traumhaften Aussicht einfach super. Darin haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Einrichtung wurde nicht gespart.Die Betten waren für uns alle zu weich und ein wenig wie Hängematte. Für 6 Personen ist das Bad etwas klein und mit nur 1 WC (zum Glück separat) zieht sich das morgendliche Ritual doch sehr in die Länge. Vor dem Haus gibt es Platz für 2 Combis, wenn man sich sehr dicht an die Hecke und dicht hintereinander stellt, damit die Zufahrt zum Nachbarhaus nicht blockiert wird. Alternative Parkmöglichkeiten hat man in der schmalen Straße nicht.Ein Plus ist der Türcode, so dass man keinen Schlüssel braucht und jeder für sich unterwegs sein könnte.Trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, so wie die Fotos es zeigen. Der Check-in ist unkompliziert, die Küchenausstattung hervorragend, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben den Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer ins Tal genossen und konnten viele schöne Stunden auf der großzügigen Terrasse verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief überaus freundlich. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Im Wohnzimmergeschoss fantastische Aussicht. Es müssen aufgrund der Hanglage viele Treppen bewältigt werden. Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus ist sehr gut - nur in den unteren Schlafzimmern wäre es schön, zusätzlich zu dem Kleiderständer vielleicht noch eine Ablage/Regal für die Kleidung zu haben. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter - als wir Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine hatten, wurde uns umgehend geholfen.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Alles in allem ist das Haus wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toller Wanderurlaub in tollem Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist innen sehr schön! Vor allem das obere Geschoss mit der fantastischen Aussicht. Die Räume im UG sind aufgrund der Kellerfenster zum Teil etwas dunkel, aber das ist kein Problem. Es müssen aufgrund der Hanglage viele Treppen bewältigt werden. Das Gebäude von außen sowie die Außenanlage sind noch verbesserungsfähig. Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus ist sehr gut, die Sauberkeit war top. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig, tolle Aussicht und super Anbindung an Wanderwege. Alles in allem ist das Haus wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
