If you like houses with character, our 1905 Landes house will seduce you. We are happy to share with you the atmosphere of this renovation. Your holidays will take place in peace, not far from the forest, with your feet by the heated swimming pool or in a hammock for a well-deserved rest.
Located north of the city it is very easy to reach Biscarrosse beach and Biscarrosse lake and to go to the Bassin d'Arcachon since your vacation spot is only 30km from the Dune du Pyla.
True family home, we provide all the interior and exterior comfort expected. The main living room and the open kitchen open onto a covered heated terrace where it will be good to enjoy the plancha and end your summer evenings. The 1300m2 garden is fenced and not overlooked. Our seaside town offers many outdoor sports activities such as hiking, cycling outings with the many cycle paths in the region, surfing, tree climbing .....

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le temps. La maison est super mais le fait qu'elle soit situé dans un lotissement peut être contraignant sur certains points. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et il toujours été très arrangeant.

Heerlijk huisje op een prachtige plek. We hebben genoten van het huis en de mooie omgeving. Het zwembad was nog fris, maar ook daar zijn heerlijk.

Alles was aanwezig in het huis. Een heel verzorgde accommodatie, en met smaak ingericht, een echte aanrader. Het zwembad was ook heel netjes! We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad.

Belle maison, bien située, tout simplement parfait

Propriété louée pour 9 personnes de tout âges . Petits et grands y trouvent leurs bonheur. Acceuil chaleureux du propriétaire qui à tjrs répondu à nos appels avant et pendant notre séjour. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description du site internet. Elle se trouve dans une rue calme. L’ensemble des commerces et le centre ville sont à 5 min. Le lac de Sanguinet et Biscarrosse-plage à moins de 15 min. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette propriété si vous souhaitez passer un agréable séjour.

Aussi jolie que confortable

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la maison de Sandrine et Frederic. La maison est très belle (encore plus que sur les photos) et très bien équipée. La terrasse et le jardin vraiment agréables aussi bien sous le soleil que lorsque le temps est plus frais. La piscine chauffée permet de se baigner par tous les temps (la piscine est très grande aussi). Nous sommes venus avec notre chien qui a aussi bien profité du jardin. Notion particulière pour les hamacs qui ont accueilli nos heures de sieste. Enfin Sandrine et Frédéric ont été très prévenants et charmants ce qui complète parfaitement le tableau.

Bon séjour

Très bel accueil et support de la part des propriétaires. La villa à l extérieur est Top, très agréable de passer des longs moments d après midi sous les arbres à l ombre. La piscine est grande, la table de ping pong au rendez-vous. On peut se garer facilement à 4 voitures. A l intérieur quelques travaux seraient encore nécessaire mais vu la saison ils ne sont pas "importants". La 2eme salle de bain+ wc quand on est 9 adultes sont quand même petits. Grande experience de dormir 3 semaines sur un matelas à eau dans la chambre parentale!

Schönes Haus und Grundstück in ruhiger Lage mitten in der Wohnsiedlung

Das Haus erfüllt alle Wünsche, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist riesig und hat 28 Grad. Auf der Terrasse gibt es 2 Wärmelampen, wodurch man auch bei kühlen Temperaturen im Freien sitzen kann. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett, spielen im Notfall sogar Taxi und haben tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Man muss allerdings beachten, dass eine Kaution zu bezahlen ist. Das Haus würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

semaine reposante

Nous avons passé une semaine reposante dans une maison accueillante, propre, et équipée d'une belle piscine et de tous les jeux nécessaires aux activités sportives. Bel environnement au niveau des promenades dans les pins et au bord des lacs. Nous recommandons cette maison Par contre, nous avons eu un litige avec les propriétaires qui nous demandaient d'arriver à 18 h (2 heures plus tard que prévu au contrat) , à cause du surplus de nettoyage pour le Covid Nous avions fait le choix d'effectuer le ménage par nous même, à la sortie. Selon les clauses du contrat nous devions quitter la maison à 10 h. Afin de pouvoir réaliser les consignes demandées liées au Covid nous avons sollicité (comme eux précédemment) 2 heures de plus, soit un départ à 12 h, ce qui nous a été refusé. Nous avons été déçus par le manque de souplesse pour un délai supplémentaire que nous avons accordé sans problème à notre arrivée. Nous avons subi également, un dégât des eaux concernant le cumulus, privant momentanément l'eau chaude et bloquant ainsi une chambre toute la journée. Ces désagréments non pas donné lieu à un geste commercial.

Superbe séjour !

Vacances entre amis (4 adultes // 5 enfants ). Maison très propre, bien équipée, jardin/piscine et extérieur très bien entretenus. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (conseils des lieux à voir, activités à faire et bonnes adresses). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous reviendrons !

Une semaine parfaite

Nous étions 2 familles avec 5 enfants entre 5 et 12 ans. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre la grande terrasse en face du jardin paysager, la piscine chauffée, la plancha et la table de Ping Pong - parfait pour se reposer & bronzer entre les séances de surf !

Super séjour dans une maison propice à la détente

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Sandrine et son mari. La maison est vraiment bien adaptée pour un séjour entre amis et/ou en famille. La piscine sécurisée et chauffée est un vrai plus. La maison présente tout le confort pour se détendre tout en étant idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles.
