Bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190cm), a wardrobe, and a mezzanine area with a double bed (140x190cm). Flat-screen TV.

Outside, a terrace of approximately 10m² with garden furniture. One private parking space within the residence.
