Our 1907 Venetian-inspired Italianate building has lived many lives, from an International Music School to Mining Prospector’s office, and in the more recent past a Woolworth’s department store. John Wayne even owned the building for a hot-second. We’ve channeled our building's history into a collection of guest rooms for sophisticated, rugged, and curious travelers. From Italian futurism to bohemian chic, all of our guest suites are unique and inspiring.
The Space: Located on Main Street in the heart of historic Old Bisbee and equipped with such modern comforts as natural fiber linens, memory foam mattresses, and fresh ground local coffee from Old Bisbee Roasters, your room is the ideal home base for exploring all that our town has to offer (be sure to check out our guidebook for our favorite spots to check out during your stay).
We've also taken care to decorate your room with a collection of vintage objects to delight and inspire. You might think of our spaces as something of an invitation, to meet an assembly of imaginary hosts, to pass time among their collections, and maybe even take a token of your time when an exchange of goodbyes returns you to the familiar pavement of your own path.
Next to the second floor stairwell in apartment 2G, lives a couple with a chronic case of whimsy. The retired WWII parachute jumper who we imagine resides there has yet to shake that fleeting feeling of floating among the clouds, and surrounds himself with objects that remind him of the sky, be it balloons, planes, stars, or the angels he imagines must live in those tufts of down floating across that great big expanse of blue. His partner’s interests may be slightly more grounded, but are similarly fanciful - you’ll notice her collection of worldly artifacts and French Rococo-inspired art illuminated by the light streaming from windows that, barring rain, sleet, or snow, are always kept open.
Guest Access: All guests enter the building through our Subway Street entrance. During business hours, you'll also have access to our "lounge", Object Limited's storefront on Main Street.
The Neighborhood: Bisbee is a beautiful place to get lost. A former mining town turned bohemian enclave, our city was recently named Best Small Town in America by USA Today and Sunset Magazine – and for good reason. It’s easy to fall in love with the winding streets, sunny weather, homes built up into the canyons, and the colorful characters who reside here. You’ll be staying in the heart of Old Bisbee’s Main Street, the lifeblood of the city, full of shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Getting Around: Parking is available behind the building and is first come first serve. Centrally located in the heart of Old Bisbee, your room is within walking distance of nearly all that our historic town has to offer.
Other Things to Note: Welcome to the Wild West. Bisbee encourages a certain amount of freedom that you won’t find elsewhere. Fireworks on a Tuesday? Sure, why not? In the building, though, we have a few rules out of respect to our guests and residents.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 10 AM. Please be respectful of other guests, particularly when in the hallways. If another guest is not respecting quiet hours, please message us and we will contact them directly.
We love when you share our spaces with friends, just please let us know if you plan to host a gathering of more than 2 people not included in your reservation.
WE DO NOT ALLOW UNAUTHORIZED FILM/PHOTO SHOOTS. Private and commercial shoots are, however, permitted for a fee. Please be honest with us, if you try to use our property for a shoot without permission, we will ask you to leave without exception and we will not reimburse your reservation.
Sorry, due to past damage issues no pets.
Our building is over 100 years old, and while we’ve brought many modern conveniences into the space, you may not have all the comforts you're familiar with. Specifically, our building was constructed before the invention of air conditioners and heaters. That means it’s full of light, designed for natural heating/cooling via intelligent air-flow dynamics, and positioned to maximize the sunlight to heat in the winter and cool in the summer (we do, however, provide electric heaters in each room during the colder months, and offer additional fans during the summer by request). Also, like most of Bisbee, there is no elevator or porter service to reach guest rooms on the second and third floor.
No TVs, but plenty of books...and high-speed WiFi if an hour in Bisbee doesn't make you forget that modern technology exists ;)
This is an adventure, remember? If you have any specific requests, we’ll do our best to satisfy them.
Interaction with Guests: We'll share all the details prior to your stay and are available throughout via text and phone if you have any questions. Should you need anything at all, your host, Katie, is just minutes away.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The apartment also includes a coffee maker.

Location is convenient and in the heart of Downtown Bisbee, just a stone's throw from the Copper Queen Hotel. Parking is on the back side of the building, but you have to walk through a dirty alleyway to get into the door which is a bit filthy looking and the immediate area doesn't smell too great. Once inside, the building is a little run down but the owner keeps it clean and well stocked with necessities.

Perfect location to enjoy the town.
It was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable so we got a good nights sleep and had a quick shower in the morning.
This is renewed historic property with thin walls and creaky floors. If that bothers you then move on. I found it quirky and charming. Met my needs perfectly! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it smelled good (my grandson would have walked out otherwise) and exactly as described. I would/will return. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Perfect!
The place was just as described! It was roomy and fun-as an interior designer I was super impressed with how they styled the place to fit Bisbee do well. Location was perfect, we never drove once we got into town-we walked everywhere! Additionally Rachel was awesome to work with. I had some issues with my credit card not processing properly (credit cards fault) and Rachel was so nice about Mr contacting her and correcting the issue

Quaint stay in Bisbee
This was a very clean, homey feeling facility. We really had very minimal interaction with anyone in the hotel. The suite style was perfect as my spouse and I stayed there with our 8 year-old son. While historic, I felt very comfortable and like things were clean and well-maintained. No a/c (as advertised), but there were more than enough floor and ceiling fans. Wonderful to have a fridge, hot plate, coffee maker and some dishes for eating in, but Bisbee is also great for a walking tour with various eating options. Would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to others!
