A well appointed 2 bedroom, one queen one double bed, (extra fold-up single bed with linen supplied on request) cottage, fully fenced with large decking area, BBQ, large outside enclosed kennel (if needed), large covered car park for 2 vehicles. Compact and stylish, open plan living area. Includes reverse cycle air conditioning, washing machine & dryer, flat screen TV and surround system, well equipped kitchen, electric blankets, outdoor furniture, private setting. Adjoining 2 acre private parkland accessible, please ask, as we have 2 dogs.

We request a two night minimum stay.
Using two bedrooms incurs an extra cost per night see "Pricing".

Pets have access to house with closable large doggy door, medium sized internal heated dog bed provided and trampoline bed (please bring your “dog familiar” bedding and toys), if pets share your bed we request you provide your own linen.

Great stay in Birregurra
Stayed here over the long weekend, and loved the house. House was very clean and welcoming, beds were comfortable (and the electric blankets were even left on for us) Hosts contacted us before we arrived to see if we had any questions, and were next door if we needed anything. Lovely bowl of fruit on arrival, and some homemade honey to taste also. Thanks for letting us stay 😊

A great place to stay in Birregurra
We had a great stay in Tony & Graeme’s house , the house was very comfortable. A lovely bowl of fresh fruit welcomed us. Check in process could not have been easier. Very clean and great amenities. Appreciated the washing machine/ dryer as well as clothes line . Ceiling fan in master bedroom was great for a couple of warm evenings. The kitchen was very well equiped, we hope to return

Our friends and I were here for a wedding and had the most beautiful stay in this home which was in walking distance to everything in Birregurra. So well kept and cozy and loved the vibe of the area as well. Couldn’t recommend enough. We will be back again soon

Quiet retreat
A peaceful cosy cottage in a beautiful little town not far from Colac. The cottage was well presented with the nice welcoming touches of fresh flowers and a beautiful bowl of fruit. The heater was on to make us feel welcome and the electric blanket was on low as a nice finishing touch to the day

Pet friendly cottage serenity
A beautifully presented clean and cosy two bedroom cottage with a magnificent wrap around decking. Everything you need in a quiet little town with Colac just down the road and the surf coast of Lorne only half an hours drive, and what a lovely scenic drive it was. Had a lovely stay and hope to return in the near future.
